If you cannot figure out an internal way to overcome AA, use this external route.

Get a lot of cash ($50-100) or your favorite item or something valuable. Give it to your best friend.

The only way to get it back is to: Say "Hi" to 50 girls in a month.

Now you either have to do it truthfully or lie and feel doubly ashamed. And you can't procrastinate either.
