I know this isn't a question dealing with women, but I always have this problem where I don't really make too big an impact on people and it leads to them not inviting me out on their own. I want to change that but I have no idea how. It's always me that has to contact people and I want to have people start contacting me more. Anyone that experienced this have tips? I know people don't dislike me, but they don't necessarily make the first move to invite me places and it's getting a little annoying.

I should also add that I don't expect anything from people, as in I don't try to get something from people at all. I always offer to buy a round for friends, etc.
