Stop taking first date jitters as some sort of gospel. Time passes and people's minds change in all sorts of ways.

I remember having a totally neutral and almost awkward first date over a glass of wine and walked away after a goodbye hug thinking "oh well". Our post date messaging was pretty neutral as well.

A few days later I randomly hit her up to see what she was up to and she invited me to her place to make me dinner that evening and fucked me like a porn star. Turns out she was super attracted to me over wine but was desperately trying to keep herself in check, then later realized she had messed up and was hoping I'd ask her out again.

Just ask her. Nothing gained nothing lost.

I actually had a date last night with a girl who was slow as hell to reply leading up to the date, and while the date went fine, it seemed like she was playing a little hard to get even though we had some good moments.

I unmatched and moved on. Don't waste your time on this chick OP. Don't give her the ego boost of you offering another date.

So, trip out. I had a date similar to this. Went to a restaurant, hit a bar, got mixed signals, no kiss just a lame hug. 2nd date comes around and we go all the way at her house. After the first date i thought i blew it for not even getting a kiss,but it escalated by the next. Sometimes you gotta let them wonder about you and think about the date. I would have followed up with another date the next weekend and if shes down then you're in. If not, move on.

She is probably indifferent since you did not escalate aggressively enough. The best way to get her on a 2nd is to hook. Ask her when she is free, you have a surprise for her.

And at the end of the 2nd date, you tell her: close your eyes- and you kiss her.

As the great Todd V recommends, the dudes who are experienced he says to do.
