This should hopefully be short and sweet. I have to share with everyone what the biggest game changer to date for me yet. For me, the one thing that has transformed my game was gaining 40 pounds, the majority of it being muscle. Yeah I know looks aren't everything and blah blah blah, but guess what? It completely changed me! Finally taking an interest in myself and changing my outward appearance allowed me to finally approach without fear and with complete confidence. Give it a try guys; take a complete and whole hearted interest in yourself and watch your game change.

Edit: I was asked to explain what my routine was to get the gains I made. First let me say that it was not fast it took a solid 18 months to make the gains I made and it took a lot of dedication.

First let's talk nutrition. I thought I ate a lot when I was skinny, bullshit!! I was taking in a measly ass 1800 calories a day that's nothing. So guess what you get to do my skinny counterparts? You get to double every meal you eat; if you eat 3 eggs for breakfast eat 6 and so on and so forth.

Second my training regimen. I worked out Monday through Friday with a double on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I started CrossFit and also added in really heavy lifting. On my double days I would do my strength building and CrossFit, M-F was strength everyday. The biggest key I can give you guys is that I did big multi-joint movements, squat, deadlifts, pull-up, and bench. I focused the most on movements like that and would supplement small things in here and there.

I did this with extreme dedication for 18 months, when before I just kind of half assed my training and didn't really take care of myself. The dedication did truly pay off. I went from measly ass 5' 11" and 130 with about %22 body fat (I know I was a fat skinny fuck) to know I fluctuate between 172-175 and %8-10 body fat. So yes there is some water weight in there

If you guys want even more detail pm me I would be happy to expand even more.
