I found I've been more successful with breakfast dates. I've been in a relationship for a while now and our first date was breakfast. After that, we went back to my place and had sex. On average before I met her I would get 3-4 dates per month which is honestly plenty for me, more than that it gets expensive. I was able to achieve this close rate by going for breakfast. If you can get a girl to agree to a breakfast date she is much more likely to meet up with you. Do not spend more than $20 on food. Stick to Tom Leykis' rule. Most girls will not set up a date during the evening just for safety reasons. Either that or they usually have plans. Some will but it's very rare that she'll agree to it. Take advantage of daytime dates. If you're confident enough you can ask her if she wants to go back to your place after for movies which then ends up in sex which is what I do. If you're not confident and feel like she needs some more seducing then you can take her to other places after. The options are endless.
