All are about looking confident whether you actually are confident or not. I feel that if people worked on self-confidence, looking confident will come more naturally

If you maintain a positive and confident body language , it automatically puts your mind in that state, unless you suffer from self confidence issues. What you're saying is correct too! If you feel confident on the inside, your body automatically projects it.

But using proper body language and relaxed posture is essential to maintaining confidence in trying situations.

Acting confident can give you some confidence. But yeah, you need to work on real confidence too.

I don't think that's necessarily the case, because people form habits in their behavior. Even if they actually become confident, their behavior in terms of body language and how they speak can still appear not confident due to habit, their brains still conditioned to act that way.

My self confidence came when I truly loved myself for who I was and when I am in that state I set healthy boundaries focused more on the positive than than the negativity and surrounded myself with people who loved me and supported me. To be honest I struggle with self esteem from time to time and to get out of that I practice self affirmations help others in need and get support from others who have gone through the same thing. So in short if you love yourself and not ashamed of anything you do you project confidence

“Actions speak louder than words” & body language is 80% of what you are saying. With this in mind, due to social and cultural differences sometimes we get “Mixed Signals” and believe it or not that’s good news because... Well, as men we all want to appear to be confident even when we aren’t right? The key is so obvious, so easy, and so straight to the point it almost sounds cliche.
You ready? The key is: learn how to Stay (in control of your emotions) in any and all situations. This works because when you are in control of your emotions you are naturally more relaxed & being “Relaxed” looks just like “Confidence”

Correlation is not causation. These traits may be indicative of confident people, but trying to mimic them to appear confident isn't a good idea. Basically, it's hard to fake confidence. If you're nervous but doing your best to seem confident by doing these, it's a lot more likely you're going to fixate on your hands and body and posture and voice to the point that you'll just end up being twitchy and neurotic.
A much better approach is to figure out how to actually be confident when speaking with people. If you're actually confident, you will naturally do all these things without thinking about it.

The hands in pockets things thing is bs. You should only have them out when ur talking.unless u feel comfortable with them out in the situation. If ur forcing the body language it will give people bad vibes because you won’t be comfortable. I wish half this shit was accurate

If you read the Definitive Book of Body Language, they actually talk about all of this stuff and apparently having your hands in your pockets displays a lack of interest and detachment from whatever is going on around you.
Check it out if you like its really a good book and it actually explains why these things are true, unlike this infographic
Edit: Honestly anyone that clicked on the comments for this should check out that book
