This is a question for more experienced guys out there. I find when I first started 8 months ago, I didn't need self-discipline because my motivation came from the novelty effect of pick up, which made me excited. The excitement is what made me get over AA and face fears.

Today, however, I'm not longer excited about pick up, I feel like the novelty effect of it has worn away. Now when I go to clubs and bars, I don't get Approach Anxiety, I get Approach Apathy. I have no desire to open sets and deal with shit tests (or bullshit).

Some say Apathy is another form of fear, but I don't think so. If I have something to say, something to talk about, or if I'm interested in something in particular, I can open without a problem.

My anxiety has been replaced with apathy.. Have any of you guys dealt with this? how did you overcome it?

Cheers.
