Really learn and understand that healthy long term relationships are primarily based upon shared values, upon personality, not upon physical appearance. And that as long as you’re physically attractive enough to the other person, like you have a healthy sex life, then that’s fine. And then find a guy who understands that.

Even beautiful women worry that a man is settling on shared values or personality. They also worry that a man is going to leave them for a younger woman when she’s older.

Most men go through a phase when they are younger of trying to get with a physically attractive girl.

I would first go to a psychologist and make sure you’re not suffering from a mental health condition. If you’re not overweight and hit the gym regularly then it’s very likely that you are attractive and it’s all in your head.

You could put in the work in the gym and get a nice gym booty, that will increase your seduction to all men without exception because every man likes a nice female butt.

It can make up even for a average-ish face, depending on how much importance the man in question puts on the legs/butt.

While I'm a man, I find seductresses very interesting, as for that half of the seduction world it is very small and not a whole heck of a lot is known. The most important thing for a woman to seduce a man, without conventional beauty standards on her side from birth or such, is to enhance all the things she *can* change. That means, most importantly, getting into excellent physical shape. And, second most importantly, showing that off. Where women look more for status, value, and characteristics, men look more for the physical. It's sad, in a way, but it's the way it is.

That's for building attraction to then engage in seduction, but if you're looking for "the one" this will still help you but what's most important is finding someone who appreciates you for who you already are. But, if you're like the rest of us here, you want to improve yourself to get higher-quality (interpret it as you may) people.

Not going to lie and to state the obvious men are visual dogs. It is very easy to distract us with bright shiny things. That said those distractions do not last long especially on closer inspection. Using "Conventional Standards" a woman how is say a 4 to 6 on looks but with a fun sexy adventurous attitude will beat out a 10 with no real energy every time.
