Nope. I would not. There's too much of a risk involved. As oters have mentioned, HIV transmition is not the only nasty thing that you could get (even though the chances of getting it from vaginal sex are pretty slim). Chlamydia, herpes, gonorrhea, syphilis are nasty too and can potentially go unnoticed.

Rub one out, but make it a mighty one and move on.

Pregnancy becomes a problem if you don't have an escape route. By that I mean, you should ideally be on overseas holiday and she shouldn't know your real name or contact information.
