If I was you, just delete Instagram. I deleted my Instagram, and Facebook. It’s immensely helped my confidence. I used to worry tons that I wasn’t getting enough likes, etc. who cares though. Fuck social media. That especially goes for Instagram and Facebook though

What is seduction really? It's a form of social interaction. Social interactions require social skills which are generally practiced in person.

There are certainly a lot of technological tools we have for communication but at the end of the day, seduction really happens in person. Not over the internet.
