You stop reaching out. Its showing desperation. Let her reach back out to you and if she doesnt then you move on, simple. There’s 8 billion people in this world, why are you stressing over 1?

Ding ding ding
We have a winner

Maybe she's great, there's 8 billion, but few of them make you feel great. Idk
[–]itsamemalari0 8 points9 points10 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
A reply like that she's either into someone else or super busy with the latter being unlikely. Pick ya self up and move on. Self respect >>
[–]PuroPincheGains 4 points5 points6 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
It doesn't matter if they're great if they aren't into you.
[–]Sensitive_Party_7100 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
That is true, letting go you must.
[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (8 children) | Copy Link
She can’t even communicate clearly and openly. How great is that?
[–]Sensitive_Party_7100 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link
She's spinning plates I believe.
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link
I don’t know what that means.
[–]Sensitive_Party_7100 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link
She's exercising her options.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
So she is dating
[–]Sensitive_Party_7100 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link
Absolutely.
[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
Guy is over invested. Shouldn’t do that.
[–]Sensitive_Party_7100 -2 points-1 points0 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Yes. But when you like a girl too much... hard to let go.
[–]TH3BUDDHA 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago* (0 children) | Copy Link
but few of them make you feel great
The reality is that there's nothing special about them. There are millions of others that can make you feel great, too. There's an abundance of opportunities for love in this world. You just have to go get them.

95%+ she’s banging another dude and has that NRE (New Relationship Energy) with him right now.
Go live your best life w/o her.

Dude, when she said “more something that happens, if it does” she was giving you a hint that it is over in the most polite way possible. No she did not mean to keep the intimacy, and you know that.
Why would if it does mean in any way that she wants to continue to meet spontaneously and be intimate?
You know very well that she was telling you she isn’t really keen on seeing you anymore.
You ask “should i wait to contact me? or should i reach out to her?”
The answer is neither of those options dude.
You know, women are not usually direct, but all this signs point to the obvious conclusion that she is just not interested anymore.
It is over dude. If you expect her to be more direct and more definitive, just know that women dont feel comfortable doing that, they always do this in indirect ways hoping the man takes the hint.
I know you want closure, but sometimes you can’t get that and you have to move on. Don’t text her more stuff, just move on.

Thank you so much. This was a perfect reply actually and it really makes sense when you explain it like this..
One question, when i asked her that I hope she thinks the same and wants to keep seeing me, and she replied yes, I enjoy hanging out with you - why would she say that if there is no interest at all? I slept at her house 8 days ago too.. What I read into “if it does”, was that sometimes we have just met up after a night out or texted each other late in the evening asking to meet up at either hers or my place.. It’s difficult for me to accept her “not being interested” because she shows the exact opposite whenever we are together.
[–]CompetitionFair7686 14 points15 points16 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
She says that to not hurt your feelings.
if she said “actually I don’t enjoy hanging out with you anymore” that’s something that would hurt you probably, she certainly will not risk hurting you.
Sorry, but you know very well that at this point you are forcing things, and if you have to force it’s probably shit.

Great point as well. She is a shy girl and not very outgoing. She chased me a lot like a month ago and we had four great dates, but after that she pulled away a bit, probably because she could sense that I wanted a relationship, and now this is where we are at. I’m not going to contact her again. Hopefully she will.

She had you on a carousel, now it’s someone else’s turn. I love western dating 😂😂😂
[–]willgo-waggins 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link
Let her ride. She has another interest whether or not it’s something or somebody. If she is still interested she will come around.
It’s kinda like my FWB who has feelings and wanted to “explore” a relationship then ski season started (she’s a ski nut) and she got very pull back (remember SHE wanted to look into getting serious). But then we eventually talked after I put her into the friend (WB) zone and she clarified that she literally is on the slopes every weekend (we live within 90 minutes drive of a ton of resorts) because she buys a pass and is competitive. She comes around every week to four and we get together. Going camping this coming weekend as she is taking a “ski break” to spend time together.
Just back off and let her figure herself out or not.

Thank you. She is in fact very busy. Not just “I can’t see you busy” but she’s working two jobs, doing sports 3 times a week and my country just reopened after Covid so she’s doing a lot of social stuff. I actually know she isn’t seeing anyone else. But her priority is not a relationship atm which I stupidly pushed for..
[–]willgo-waggins 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link
So there you are.
Simply be respectful and give her space.
You’d be surprised once you have bonded that they will almost always come back to you.
[–]DescriptionSmall6625 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link
Thanks for giving me some hope bro!
[–]willgo-waggins 2 points3 points4 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
No problem but don’t glom on to false expectations or hope either. Understand that she may also be burned out in things and/or just decided she isn’t interested.
If your take on things is objective and honest I sort of doubt it. Likely that she is just feeling the same thing as all of us.
But I will warn you that I had a steady GF through the bulk of covid shutdown in the US. A year and a half.
And last summer I got tired of some of her unrealistic and inflexible plans and ideas and initiated to get her to break up - which was amicable - and moved in to a lot more active single life with social life becoming mostly normal again.
So be aware that you may have to move on.

Her answer to you was pretty direct in itself and it’s awkward for her to repeat herself because she’s trying to let you down gently without spelling it out the way you want it spelt out. Just give her room and if she doesn’t reach out then you can reach out to see how she is but keep it casual and don’t mention the previous conversation cos you already got your answer
[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
She's not interested in you. Go no contact until she hits you up again. You already laid out all your cards on the table. Now play the waiting game. Sucks, but that's what you have to do. Any more than that and it's desperate. You already told her you liked her and she refused that then you countered with then let's just keep it casual. It's like you changed your stance immediately just to see her again but it's clear you have feelings for her and she sees right through that.

Being spontaneous is another word for 'not asking someone if they want to be spontaneous with you'
[–]Perfect_War5446 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Just move on
[–]onishchukd5 1 point2 points3 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Contact her in 3-4 weeks a few days before to see if she wants to go out again. If she is busy just forget about her and move on. You have an established intimacy so she may come back if she wants so no reason to completely cut ties or burn bridges.
It sounds from her message that she wants to stop seeing you for a while or do it less frequently. When you mentioned, "keep the intimacy", that came off as really needy like you were trying to get that sex from her.
If she wants to see you less it means her passion for you is reduced and possibly seeing someone else. You should invite her to an activity that she will find fun and bring your A game.
If she doesn't respond to that ... its over. If you stop reaching out, its likely her passion for you will wane and she will forget about you.

Same thing happened to me.
She just started completely ghosting me. I ignored it in the end and just left her to it.
Fast forward a couple of months and I've started dating this really awesome girl (ghosting girl knows about this from my socials). All of a sudden guess who suddenly pops up again and says she was 'busy with work' (she wasnt). Ghosting girl then tried to get together with me again, and outright suggested we date and have a regular thing. I obviously rejected her as I'd met this new girl.
God, rejecting her after she ghosted me and then came crawling back felt so good.

Your being the woman in the relationship. Trying to define what we are etc. That is the woman’s job. A man does not worry about where he stands with a girl and is focused on his purpose and nothing else. Woman are more attracted to men whose feelings are unclear. You do you homie. If she likes you, she’ll reach out. If she doesn’t, you keep doing you.

She’s seeing another guy or is interested in someone else. Don’t be someone’s backup option
[–]taracolleenn 0 points1 point2 points 4 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link
Stop asking. If she’s going to keep ignoring you, Fuck it. Not worth your energy at that point. Someone who can’t even give you the respect of an answer definitely doesn’t deserve you in a vulnerable intimate state.
