If you want to do it, you can and should do it. just make sure the environment is conducive to that form of approach (ie: quiet, relaxed environment, a place where you’d talk to a woman you knew of, but not well).

Strangers are just people we haven’t met yet. Think of every cold approach like meeting a new friend and escalate from there. You won’t be doing any kind of real seduction type work if you’re running daygame anyway.

However, tbh cold approach is a real numbers game, so the likelihood of chatting up someone that doesn’t want to talk to you is high.

if its a concern for you (as it is for me), it’d probably better to practice social circle game or a warmer approach model (like someone you’ve seen around, but don’t really know, or sliding into dms).

I’ve never been much of a cold approach guy and while I’ve done it a few times, it’s never amounted to anything, even if the convo went well and I got contact info.

That might be because I’m not as experienced in that department tho.

But in general, as long as you aren’t doing that super forward youtube pick-up stuff (though it def works for some people), you can talk to people you don’t know, just know that your likelihood for success is lower than if she has at least seen you around.

Your mindset is completely wrong.

As long as you are respectful and take a decline in stride should it come most women don’t mind or even appreciate being approached. It makes them feel attractive

About 1/3 of them will want nothing to do with you and react negatively in some way. There’s no way around that. But the good news is it will be obvious immediately, the whole interaction will last about 10 seconds and you just act gracious and wish them a wonderful day.

1/3 will be on the fence but let’s be honest as a beginner you will strike out with these too until you develop some gaming skills.

The other 1/3 will be receptive and happy. So don’t mess those up.

This all assumes that you’re in the normal range of appearance, grooming, fashion, weight etc. As long as you are respectful and approach them in a non-creepy non-aggressive way and take a hint if they’re not interested then almost all will be flattered by the attention.

Woman here. The time tested cold intro is just eye contact, then a small smile. If she smiles back, you're officially permitted to say hi. If she's not making eye contact, she's not receptive, no matter how cute you think she is. Respect the earbuds, too.

There are a lot of women who would like a natural, real life meeting with a guy. It can be creepy, or great. Example of how it can be great: One night I got a coffee at the shop and started studying. I saw a guy doing the same. He looked at me. I looked back. Then he smiled a slight smile. I gave a slight smile back. Then I left. The next night, same time, you'd best believe I was back at that shop. He showed up too. We both laughed - ice broken. We had made a date without saying a word.

You have to approach them in a way that they have no idea at first that it’s an approach. Ask an innocent question. Then keep the conversation going if she wants to.

Just walk up and say, "Hello. What's your name?"

If she says, "My name is Janet."

You say, "pleasure to meet you Janet. Just wanted to say hello. Have a nice day."

And move on.

If she says, "My name is Janet...what's your name?"

Then she wants to talk to you and you can continue the conversation.

If she doesn't ask you your name, then she has no interest in you. No embarrassment involved. And you didn't make her feel uncomfortable by having to make up a story.

But if she sees you around, she might remember you were friendly and she might come up to you.

You should know body language and IOI (indicators of interest). Women are scared because most men are bigger than them. So don't think they are bitches if they don't want to talk. They just have a shield.

7-8 • Compliments your shirt or outfit (her way of saying you look good) • She leans in to talk to you • She bumps into you • She touches you • Laughs at stupid jokes 8-9 • Gives you contact info without you asking • She calls you • Persues you • I can't wait to see you again • I miss you • Asks for advice about problems (she trusts you, confidence in you)

9-10 • She says I love you • Where is this going? • Very affectionate, jumps into your arms, kisses you, wants to hold hands, wants your arm around her • She tests you rarely and you easily pass, • She defends you • Leaves you notes: if she's a giver • Builds you up: if she's a giver • Calling you all the time, "can't wait to see you",

Don't waste your time with less than 5.

There are times to approach and times to not approach.

Bad time: when a woman is busy with pressing business.

Good time: when a gorgeous dish of a woman is casually sitting in a plaza in the afternoon and has nothing resembling a wedding ring/engagement ring. In all likelihood, she would be delighted if a charming man approached her.

honestly im learning this the hard way rn but there is never a " wonderful time" to approach, you just have to outweigh the risks and benefits and see if its worth asking her a question of some sort. Just start with a light topic ( ask about time or comment the weather) and then just work your way up from there
