Being shy is THEIR thing , it's a feminine trait !

Women are subconsciously programmed to exhibit shyness and feminity

They subconsciously expect men to take the initiative and approach ( emphasis on the word 'subconsciously' )

So yeah, citing from all the reference experience i have had, being shy is not going to score you any girls

Have to change something and start being proactive with girls

Girls are almost never going to take the initiative, as men it's up to us to do so

P.S : i am still somewhat shy and sometimes get anxious or get butterflies when talking to a girl i find even remotely attractive .. So it's normal to feel that, but experience with girls should help with mitigating this

No. In basically every facet of life you will get killed for this. Relationships are no exception. No one can carry your bags but you. And I'd steer very clear of anyone who tried to convince you otherwise as that person is likely using your naivete to manipulate you for their own ends.

Shy and vulnerable yes. But insecure means you gotta figure yourself out man. Take care of yourself and be happy with who you are but its totally fine to be shy and vulnerable. Many women will appreciate that, and a quiet guy isn't a bad thing either, just take care of yourself and trust in yourself.

vulnerabilities yes, shyness and insecurity in almost all cases isn’t on the other hand, no.

being vulnerable can backfire in certain circumstances, but it can also show that deep down you accept yourself enough to let it show, only practice will teach the specifics
