I’m not quite as ruthless as some of the other commenters here in that I will allow a longer timeline to pass before rendering a verdict on whether to continue on with a woman who has friendzoned me. Since you guys haven’t known each other long and she is inviting you to meet up, there may be an opportunity here. It’s your job to try and find out.

I say go to this meetup and feel things out. Keep the flirtation going and ask some questions. See if you can gauge what her relationship status and level of interest is. If she is not receptive to the flirting and indicating that she is not potentially interested in anything romantic, then I would politely finish the study date and then withdraw my attention. It is much better for your emotional health to only pursue women who are interested in you romantically, take it from me.

She's older than you. A woman older than you is on a communicative level far more advanced than you are and she has the ability to manipulate you, without you knowing it. If it's going into a relationship it will be an amazing experience to you, but you'll never know you'll be manipulated. In order to protect yourself I'd recommend time framing it to half a year max to experience it and then terminate the relationship. Not doing that, is putting you're mental healthy at risk, because you risk getting dependent on her, because of the happiness rush that comes with the manipulation.
