Agree with all of this, but if you are a guy who can approach from a position of power you can display from the very beginning that you are the one choosing her and you can compliment on what you like. But not every guy can pull that off.

This is what Ive found about dating and my current gf is full of mind games. I'd say game on...let's play ball.

Go into first date without any expectation. In fact, a fukitol version worked out for me. Be confident and honest about the interaction is key. The thing is I just got out of a relationship so when I met her for our first coffee meetup I was just like whatever. I was like in the whole conversation, shit this/that and fuck this/that. At one point, i said to her im just running down a list of questions. An hour later, she goes I am bouncing and I said that's cool. Can I have your number and she put it in my phone. In the first date, I gave her zero compliment.
Pay attention to what kind of girl she espouses. So, later on I texted her and said had a good time. And said her eyes were mesmerising (some random charming technique), then I said when is a good time to call you tomorrow. What she texted back to me was loud and clear that me complimenting her eyes did not stick. So then I shift the conversation somewhere else and she jumped on the intelligence compliment. Bingo! Game on!
Don't lovebomb her, in fact take several days in between before texting anything to her. Let her know you are interested but your world doesn't revolve around her. When you do text her later, you will find out she is missing you but just don't want to say it out loud. lol. Game on!
Tell her what you want when she is a bit slow on the uptake. Basically, lead, lead, lead.
Listen really carefully to her words and call her on her BS. If women test men then why can't we do the same?
So, basically although the compliment game maybe important to some girls but every girl is different and you need to figure out how she ticks then you will get her attention.

Actually none of this matters. Never take advice from a 21 year old girl about seduction. If you want to seduce her, be of higher status than her, better looking, better dressed, wittier, or more interesting. Her advice amounts to: have other options because you are better than her and not desperate.
