I think that sometimes I roll as the “nice guy” a little too much and I need to work in being somewhat more aggressive selectively.

Not asshat obnoxious, but get i. There early and seal the deal without wasting time type of thing.

I need to work on being able to just approach someone and talk to them. I'm finally at a place where I'm much more confident in my looks and just as a person in general, but I have no clue about approaching a random girl I'm attracted to and just striking up a conversation. I can overthink and freeze whenever I see someone attractive. And then later regret for not being able to make some conversation. It’s like I judge my own self in real time. I wish to stop doing that.
