Does cold approaching ever become easier?

Yeah dude, i honestly started cold approaching when i was 17 and was trash but i had mad confidence. And that’s the key, its what i taught all my friends. Go up and chat like you’re talking to a good friend of yours, it’s just another person. Be a bit flirty and don’t give a fuck about rejection. Best case you walk away with a number, worst case shits the same and you learn from your mistakes.

If you want to learn techniques jump on youtube and try find some channels. But in all honest practice is key, you gotta bump those numbers up and get use to rejection cause its gonna happen to everyone.

The less you care the better off you are. Took me a long long time my man. Trust me. Just get one laugh and you’re in. Gets easier the more you go. Who cares !

I actually did my first cold approach in my life today! It’s difficult finding ways to convince yourself to just go for it, but realize that the risks are way lower than the potential rewards. If a girl is going to reject you, it most likely will be in a polite way and you just move on. If you have a good conversation with her and are able to get her number, that can lead to something really great! Confidence in yourself really helps too, but that isn’t going to come overnight usually. Do whatever you can do to make yourself feel really good and ride that high and do an approach or two! If it doesn’t work, maybe it will next time!

There’s a lot of posts here and videos on YouTube about building confidence in yourself. That is going to help you a ton. That is what will make it easier!

Approach Anxiety (AA) never truly goes away I took me 2 months of walking around while hyper ventilating to finally able to approach. But the next day of my first approach the approach anxiety came back again, if you do it enough you will get desensitize to it.

Your mindset is key to approach girls tell yourself that is ok to fail bucuz you won't die sure the girl might give you a weird look and people will look at you but soon after that they won't even remember you or think about it.

Remember it is natural and socially acceptable for men to approach girl.

I'm a woman, but I practiced cold approaching with meeting other women and making business contacts, and it really does get easier! It's literally just exposure and practice. 🙂

Yep. The key is reframing the term “cold” in ur mind. When u see a gal, try to relate urself to her out of the blue, right in that situation.

For ex remember tv show LOST. They didnt know e other’s names n stuff, but noone was red n sweating (well..) to have a convo. Why is that? They are in same boat.. so now when u approach, make it situational. What she’s doing? Taking a selfie? Go and say “i know this stuff taking 357 to choose the one u need..”. She’s in the line at starbucks? Say “oh my..are we ever gona get our coffee now?” and u can add “seems like you’ve charmed this classier away now he’s nervous n bla bla”.

Ask urself what she’s up to? And what her thoughts might be about? So u dont approach n ask her lame ass “hey howdya what u up to”. U start warm approach from the middle of interaction.. as if you’re on same boat and “u get it”.

U see 2 friends talking approach n say “yeah again about those exes..” or “srry im late what ive missed?”

You need to learn to manage your state. Deep breaths , but not waste the moment as their is no perfect one and windows close fast at times.

Yes it gets easier the more you do it. Fear is the exact same feeling as excitement. Once you do it you’ll realize it’s nothing you can’t handle and you won’t die or melt into a liquid puddle if she rejects you. If anything you’ll LEARN AND GROW. Like the great Wayne Gretzky said, “You miss all the shots you don’t take”
