It's no use, just make sure you don't come over as desperate. Want to text something because you feel like it? Sure go ahead. Want to text something because you want a reaction from her? Well, that's where you should think twice.

Texting has become such a normal low level thing in today's society that it should be treated as such. Texting is perfect for low level fun conversations, setting up dates and just keeping a line of contact between you two. I use it to be witty and fun. And most of my texting has literally no real deep meaning apart from entertaining us both. Deep conversations are to be had in real life or over the phone, not through a small emotionless screen.

Thinking like this makes you a very unneedy texter. Whenever you've send a text and she's read it but hasn't replied, it doesn't impact you anymore. You can send whatever you want if you feel like it, and be fine with not sending anything as well. This is especially easy to do once you've set up a date. Also, it's fine when you've send something and later think "I should've send this". Sure, but that moment is over now, so don't send the same thing in another way. Again, thinking of texting at a low value thing will stop you from having those doubts in the first place

So don't overthink texting game. Treat it as the low value line of communication that it is, and it will keep things light hearted.
