Hey Seddit!

First off, I'm a shorter guy (5'4"), and very muscular (200 lbs, ~15% BF). Something I've really been trying to work on is making eye contact with everybody, and holding that eye contact. Interestingly, since I've made the conscious effort, I've noticed that people rarely make eye contact with me. It feels like people look everywhere except at me! It's incredibly rare for someone to lock eyes with me. I'm trying to figure out why this is. I'd like your input. I've come up with two possible reasons with potential solutions as to why this may be:

  • My musculature is intimidating and people are naturally submissive towards me. Maybe focusing on smiling and being "warm" will reduce this?

  • My height causes me to be easily overlooked (literally). I also dress fairly modestly. Maybe to become more noticeable, I need to dress flashier/peacock?

Any other ideas? I'd like your input!
