I´ve been dating this girl for 2 weeks and tonight I invited her to a cocktail party I had with some friends. After the party she mentioned that her roommate has gone away for the weekend, so I suggested to "walk her home".
Anyway, as we laid on her couch I started to touch her and we got a foreplay going on. However, when it finally came down to having sex my dick let me down (haven´t slept properly for days + drunk as shit) and it was awkward and sloppy to say the least. (I didn´t really expect it to happen that night as I was sure that there wouldn´t be a private room for us that night, otherwise I wouldn´t have drunk that much). She seemed really disappointed by this and said that she lost the mood and wanted to go to sleep. So I bailed.
I´m not really sure what I should do next. Should I explain the details why it didn´t work out? Can´t really picture this in my head without sounding too apologetic, however she might think that it was because of her. Or should I just let things cool down a bit and not contact her for a few days?
The thing is, I really like this girl and I wouldn´t want to treat her as simply another statistic.
