Don’t have lines. Just find some quirky observations about your surroundings and just playfully start talking about them to a woman that’s near you. This always works for me to get a conversation started. Make sure to smile! I even had 2 women cut in front of me at a bar once and I teased them about it and ended up getting a hookup out of it. The approach isn’t even the hard part dude, it’s keeping things going and escalating it in the correct way. Not too fast or slow. And that just takes practice and a lot of trial and error. Do I get a one night stand every time I go out? No. But I will flirt with multiple women every time. And don’t be afraid to check chicks out. If you like what you see let em know with your face. You will know how they look back at you how receptive they are

Pickup lines are lame. It's not so much what you say but a lot of women like being approached. Just having confidence is key.

Start with Cheers as your opener as it leverages social etiquette and people’s automatic response. Eye contact, raise your glass, say cheers, give your name. Nothing to memorize, nothing to think of. It's just normal bar behavior and it gets almost zero rejection.

Once you have a name exchange, that's when the Banter Triangle kicks in. Switch from questions to statements about her. "Let me guess, you're the troublemaker of your friend group." No question mark. You're reading her, not interviewing her. She reacts and you build from there. Then you start making us statements. And finally flirty statements.

Ten sets a night, zero attachment to outcome. The blank mind goes away once approaching stops feeling like a big event.

It’s common, don’t worry. Approach Anxiety.

If you’ve ever read any PUA books over the years, this is why they strongly promote the “3 second rule “. Soon as you want to approach, don’t think, just act. First few approaches, unless you’re already in a social talkative state (which is recommend even before going inside the venue - this is achieved by speaking to everyone around you about anything) will likely be a little rough. After this though, you’ll most likely enter into the flow state where you’re talkative.

There is no magic line or routine to guarantee a positive outcome. My suggestion is an observational opener which is usually low stakes. Busy bar? See a girl next to you? Something as simple as “my god, I feel like putting my head over the bar and just drinking from the nozzle - will you keep an eye out for me?”. Honestly, what you say does NOT matter at all (unless it’s completely offensive or untoward). They’ll either go along with the conversation or not, doesn’t matter, key thing is you attempted the approach and that in itself is an achievement.

To sum it up- get out of your head overthinking and just act! You’ll be surprised.
