1) Stop chasing girls you don't find attractive

2) Act the way around attractive girls the way you act around unattractive girls.

i used to struggle with a similar problem. The issue for me was that there was too much pressure on a particular outcome with the hot girls that I couldn't allow myself to just enjoy her company. If you can just let yourself havr fun with the hot girls it'll be a lot easier.

I have the exact opposite problem - we’ll, not really a problem as much as a tendency. I have to really like a girl to create sufficient “chemistry” between us. Otherwise, she detects my apathy and is less attracted to me as a result. But when I’m on a date with a girl I really like, I actively escalate as a natural consequence of my attraction, which then begets her attraction to me.

It’s a problem, I guess, insofar as I don’t meet a lot of girls I’m strongly attracted to.

I have kind of the same shit, if I am "trying" i'm a lot worse than if I am actively and intentionally "not" trying for whatever reason i might have at the time. Example I was hosting a smallish party a couple weeks ago (less than 30 but more than ~23 people), I really just wanted to get connections/friends here and so I actively tried to seem as non-interested in girls as possible (I needed social-life friends more than I need a one night stand or something), but that type of stuff apparently makes them flock to you, or so I experienced that night.

Girls literally for some fucking reason wouldn't get their hands off me and this one girl (literally a 10/10) was even touching me with her tits and put her ass on my hand (I was leaning on something) making puppy eyes grabbing my neck/shoulder area... It's like my attractiveness is inversely proportional to how much I want to fuck them. The logistics made it so I was never gonna fuck her anyway so I don't feel too bad for not going for it but still, what the fuck.

I'm thinking I need to work more on being self-amused and not outcome dependent like RSD Julien says, but when I am actually "trying", since that stuff is basically 100% a given when you are literally on purpose "not trying" as I was that night.

Because the girls you are attracted to are not that hot on average and thus have lower standards. There is no difference in your game, just that less hot girls become attracted a lot easier than hot girls.

Thanks guys for all the support. It's not that I chase unattractive girls. I am just naturally flirty and a clown. Very polarizing. When I get around girls that I am attracted to I tend to get quiet and shy. It sucks.
