Take charge of your sex life and life in general. Women evolved to be attracted to confident powerful men who can offer them protection and excitement. Guys fail because they think women have all the power but it's fake power. Society tells women the more beautiful they are the better guy they deserve, so their egos get inflated and they seem confident, but it's just a facade. Women are extremely insecure. Don't be fooled by the facade.

Once you realize this and once you realize you don't need 90% of what society tells you you need in order to feel good about yourself, your confidence wjll sky rocket. Society has a vested interest in keeping men unhappy and selling them sex. They create a problem (you are not tall enough, muscular enough, handsome enough) but that's okay because we have the solution (work super hard so you can afford a fast car, an expensive watch, fancy clothes and gadgets which will get you the girl). Some guys succeed with this strategy but only because they allow themselves to feel confident and powerful once they acquire these social solutions. But you can also give yourself permission to be happy and complete without this shit.

Whenever guys picked me successfully in college is in a relaxed atmosphere. Try going to house parties and stand near the alcohol so when girls go to fill up their their drinks you say something like, hey are you in my Econ class, and then you can start talking more..same with library, go up to a girl you see around a lot and say jokingly say are you stalking me? In class ask to borrow a pencil form a pretty girl and then make sure you continue the convo, with something like is this you last class today, or do live on campus…Just think of ways to engage. And don’t refer to girls as females. Good luck!

I can totally relate to your situation my man. So hear me out I think first of all you should start by observing your own strengths to build up confidence. Ask yourself: what can I offer ? What is cool about me ? Probably you want to ask your close friend to help you with this. But also ask about your weaknesses so you can start working on them. All of this will build up your confidence, which will help you in your game. Given that you don’t live in campus, I guess that is hard for you to go parties, which are important for meeting people. Try to go with a friend that lives in campus so you have a place to crash after the party. Go with an open mentality and don’t focus on getting a girl cuz that’s gonna make you act like an asocial creep, go have fun and meet people, at some point you’ll meet someone that’s into you. Be careful with consuming anything and your cup, cuz you don’t want to do anything that will give you a bad reputation.

But at the end of the day you just enjoy your life, become the best version of yourself and everything will come to you. Enjoy college !

First, take good care of yourself. Implement a healthy diet and workout regularly if not already. Looking and feeling great is your #1 priority. Wish my dumbass knew this at your age.

Dont put a pussy on the pedestal. Don't give her anymore attention than a stranger in a coffee shop. If she's the look at me type, you walk the other way. She's just looking for a dick to suck then move on to the next.

Don't be available most of the time otherwise you're just another butler. You have a life and priorities, goals to accomplish. She's not your high priority.

At least half of the stuff come out of her mouth are lies. Take them with a grain of salt.

If you ever break up in a relationship, which you will at some point in time, dont fucking feel down about it. Work on your hobbies, goals.

Biggest problem young men have is being too wrapped up in their own image, insecurities, social pressures, peer groupings and such that they can't get Zen with it all and just observe and study the ways of women. When you're not just looking at them, but looking into them. That's where all the answers are.

Everything in my life is going great, except for the females

It's tough for almost all guys at that age. I was a NCAA football player going to a tier 1 university and struggled like hell with women at that age.

I live at home and commute to college twice a week so getting girls on campus is harder for me given my lack of time there.

Living at home is the impediment here.

My friends do not have girlfriends either for the most part but at 19

Again, hence the struggle for most males around your age.

What general advice could you give me or other guys my age?

Go lift, go lift, go lift. No exceptions to this, no shortcuts, no way around it.

What are you doing on the days you're not on campus?

In any case, one of the most valuable things you can be doing well at college is putting into practice the creation/discovery of new social circles. This is just a good practice in life, not specifically in game, even though a lot of action can come from it.

On a college campus it's kind of like easy mode because there are a ton of college clubs and groups everywhere for a variety of interests. (You can actually pull off roughly the same thing in post college life but it kind of almost seems easier in college because there's a lot of reminders about various clubs/groups everywhere.)

Find and sample a number of social groups. Go to their regular events.
There's little to no work really involved for you because everything is organized by the group and people can just show up. (Although if you really get into a particular group, you can always get involved with organizing events which can be fun too.)
Some good groups to consider might be: rock-climbing, social partner dancing communities like Lindy Hop, Argentine Tango, West Coast Swing, and Salsa, couch surfing or travel related groups, hash house harriers (basically hide and seek, plus trail running / hiking, optional booze).

But honestly, just go sample a bunch of them. Try new things.

It's a good way to have a social life in general, which is just healthy for humans.
The increased social exposure will give you a chance to develop your social skills
It gives you more chance to encounter new people who might be into you.

Also bear in mind that having a female friends can be a good thing which is often overlooked. A lot of guys can get really frustrated at bad luck in dating, leading to them pushing away any options for female friendship.

But a lot of insight can be gained into the human condition and women specifically if one has friendships with them.

One of the biggest life hacks in this category is taking dance classes.

Growing up, girls are often encouraged to dance and that's why they're more comfortable with that stuff, while men are generally encouraged in the direction of sports which is why we are usually more comfortable with those things later on.

And then when we get to college age, all of a sudden men are at a deficit at parties and such because dancing was never something they developed. It's really no wonder that the stereotype of a strong man is that they hate dancing.

So as long as you're in college, sign up for some dance classes. It's convenient and a very valuable developmental experience. Some benefits include:

With dances like hip hop specifically: Feeling magnitudes of order more comfortable and confident in a party/club setting.
More situational awareness which helps in social interactions.
With partner dances specifically: One can become more more adept at physical escalation and nonverbal communication in general, which is next level stuff.

Try the campus cafeteria(s). While you’re looking around at the food options, you can play the “i’m new here” card and ask what’s good to eat.

Following up with that, you could also ask if you could sit with them (girls usually sit in a group) because you want to make new friends and don’t know anyone.

Sometimes they’ll say yes, so there’s your opportunity to start working on your game. Make sure to do some light flirting with all the girls in the group and try to see who reciprocates your energy. (Be careful not to flirt too hard or they’ll instantly think you’re a player and reject you)

If you like the one who reciprocated your energy the most, slowly start to give her more and more of your attention while addressing the group less and less.

If the group thinks you’re her type, they will eventually start to talk to each other and let you guys have your own conversation. There’s your chance to get her number and ask her out (study date, coffee, hiking, etc.).

If you’re not her type, the group will let it be known by not allowing her to have “alone time” with you. They may interrupt your conversation and talk with her individually.

If that happens, don’t get mad, just continue talking to others in the group like nothing happened.

When you’re done eating, you can wish them a good day and do what you planned to do for the rest of the day.

Repeat that process and eventually you’ll be going on dates with a few girls in no time.

This will take some time to get better at and may be extremely frightening for beginners (I would know because I did this myself).

You can try this with other guys to get you familiar with the process before trying this on a group of girls.

Travel. Travel and meet New people. Go out of your comfort zone and meet much more people. The sooner you dont fear rejection and see it as a blessing for not wasting your time on that girl. And learn that the guy you are when you re comfortable are perfect for the girls you fit with. Just meet much more people and always try and see if she is comfortable on taking things further.

You need to have a ride,set up dates(don't get in a long drawn out ass conversation in text over small talk, save that for the date.) On the date be fun and attractive, not dull and boring. Touch her, get her comfortable with you(this doesn't mean touch her anywhere right off the bat. hold her hand, play with her hair, brush her cheek, etc). When you feel the spark kiss her. Seal the deal that evening or on 2nd date. If you don't get laid on the 2nd date drop her. You are friend zoned.
