Make friends with bartenders. They often know about what's going on in town, have a sense of who's who, and most importantly, offer social proof when you walk in the place.

So many guys go out with their mates and just stand by the dancefloor nodding their heads waiting for the imaginary girl to open them. You're automatically in a better frame than them for having the balls to SARGE it solo. It puts you in a more alpha position for sure. Last 2 times I've been out have been solo, and I must say that I have a greater degree of clarity, because you really dont want to stop hitting sets and be standing alone. It forces you to be in set virtually constantly. Tips; Prime youself by watching vids before going out, Dress well so you feel attractive, open some guys up on your way to the first venue to warm up, buy small drinks so that you can always finish it off quickly if you feel the need to leave.

Find your local lair on http://www.fastseduction.com/lairpage.shtml To find wingmen you can explore the town with. In my experice sets are 20x harder to approach when your alone than with fellow aspiring puas by your side to push you along.

Hit up the mall and sit on a bench with open body language and start conversation with the person sitting closest to you. If you do it right sometimes people will even open you. Also, the ones in the middle of the mall usually have the most people.

Do this as a warmup then do your approaches. Since you just moved i'd be a good idea to do approaches for the sake of building friendships, rather than a pickup approach.

i went out alone last night and i cannot stress how important it is to open men as well. i met way more women talkin' to dudes than cold approaching chicks.

Being brought up and living in the same place... I don't think I'd be able to go somewhere by myself and meet new people. At least having a friend with me was a great way to make conversation flow between meeting new people.

I just.... can't imagine doing it by-myself.
