Side question for my people from U.K., any good teeth whiteners?

DIY-whitening is dangerous for your teeth and can lead to unwanted results, e.g. uneven colouring. In most cases whitening is not even necessary. The better option is to see the dentist every 6 month to check your teeth and to scrape all discolorations.

The bottom line is that you have to feel good. The cosmetic industry will always have one more product, that you supposedly need. But in the end all that will improve your overall look just a few percent. Your vibe is much more important. A relaxed and fun guy with dirty fingernails will be more successful than an insecure guy, who is groomed like a model.

Also, be careful not create too much excuses from your appearance, e.g. "I can't talk to theses people because my hair is a little greasy at the moment ..."

Take care of your appearance, but avoid fixation.

By far being in shape and wearing clothes that don’t hang loose off the body makes the biggest impression. Having toned arms and broad shoulders > six pack.

You mentioned aftershave, but a scent is the most underrated compliment of grooming. Just don’t drown out your natural scent. One or two sprays at the most.

Another underrated component of grooming is clipping your nails and keeping them clean. Can’t tell you how many women I’ve heard complain about when guys have dirty or long fingernails.

Crest whitestrips are pretty good and cheap. I also use a whitening mouth wash once a day. This works pretty well keeping my teeth white between annual professional cleanings.

Having a somewhat smooth face free of acne is nice. Acne goes away if you don't pick your face and do exercise.

For my face I do

-cleanser -alcohol free toner (alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older) -moisturizer

In that order.. Worked wonders for me, and super simple.

If your teeth are yellow genetically so they are healthy no whitening product will work and it will damage your teeth if they are white and become yellow from coffee use toothpaste (periodontal whitening) and stop drinking coffee Also, clean your bed and wash your pillow twice per week Eating healthy

Do not forget to scrap too your tongue. A tongue scrapper cost 3-10 USD or just use an toothbrush the older one when you take a new one. Be carefull with mouth"water" and things like that. My first girlfriend said, you always taste like menthol chewing gum. But I want to taste you natural.

Teeth, keeping them good and healthy is so important. You can read books (there are) about it why (infection, even heart diseases, kidney diseases).
