I would say most of it would be how you interact with other people. No guy wants a girl that is thirsty or will hop from guy to guy. Only show interest in what he is saying to make it clear to him. If he isn't getting the hint he is either slow or is taking it slow. If that happens I would probably physically play with him in a funny/cute way. (Chick once pulled my pants down on a boat, that got me to realize she wanted me, lol). Stuff like that. Also being attractive really helps. lol.

This is an very interesting question. Last night I met a girl that was pretty good about this. I can't really tell you how to go about this, but I can tell you what I liked about her approach.

She was honest. Even though she had a BF she didn't completely kill the conversation. I asked if she was a good kisser, etc.
Don't stay with the guy forever, leave and come back
Try to act interested in what the guy is saying. Even if you don't care. If you don't like the conversation figure out ways to derail the conversation to what you want to talk about.
Learn kino. Most guys don't really do that, or they're afraid that it would come off negatively. If you're arround a shy guy, figure out how to direct him to do that. [I.e. guide his hand]
Learn how approach and open.
Sit in his lap. We love this shit. Its an ego builder.

Body language, as long as you aren't closed off you should be good.

I think talking to your friends about how to be better about this might help. If not identify someone that is good at it and try to learn from them.

I'd say you don't need to worry too much about being alpha or beta as long as you aren't pushy. Just be yourself.

The balancing act for a woman is to not be too aggressive, which freaks a lot of guys out. Just grabbing his dick will quite possibly make him think you're crazy or something. It's just not the normal way the game is played.

So, for example, initiate contact with a guy somehow through eye contact or possibly just bump into him and start chatting, act interested but not too interested, make a lot of eye contact, smile and have fun, be touchy, sit next to him, and when the time is right you might try leaning over as if to whisper something in his ear instead start sucking on it. From there, it should be pretty easy to figure out what comes next.

Most guys have no idea what they're doing or how to read women. Telegraph your signals like crazy. If you think you couldn't be more obvious, you can.

I know a lot of advice here seems to suggest the best girls to approach are the ones that are alone, sitting by themselves in a bar, looking bored, etc... but honestly I find those girls boring as hell.
