Ok, might sound weird. But I don't have much issues with women I like. I seem to come across as confident and charismatic and girls think I am cute. I have no issues pulling the trigger and have a decent amount of success.

My problem however is facing/going up against other men, I genuinely feel like a cuck around a strong male figure or guys considered as Alpha. To the point younger men have been able to intimidate me into backing off just because I don't have that kind of self belief/presence.

I've been trying to find ways to improve my inner beliefs but when faced with a strong man, I become an easy push over in life in general and get scared of confrontation, physical or otherwise.

How do I get the inner confidence to become an Alpha when it comes to facing other men? This has been reflective in other areas of my life as well and I feel like a true coward. How do I overcome this?

Edit: A real world example I can give that might drive the issue I face home is as follows, let's say I'm walking down the road with a girl and 2 guys (even 1 tbh) start harassing her, I'll freeze out of fear. Not something I am proud to admit, but I would legit be shit scared and end of freezing and I feel that is a very bad trait to have.

I wanted to join a gym and start taking self defense classes so I am more confident in general facing others, but due to Covid-19, that is put on hold. But I wanted to develop that mental state while I wait for things to start getting normal again.
