I'm a fairly intelligent but wouldn't have thought of these two simple openers.

In real life (daygame/nightgame) you have to make assumptions about the girl, but here too there is a catch because it is possible that you make a funny assumption, but the girl is not in the mood to get your joke and you will get a bad reaction, but now you have to "calibrate" and go to her energy level. It is possible to learn if you make some exercises. One of them is to write down on paper all kinds of "funny assumptions" when you see a girl wearing black clothes for example (she looks like a ninja, is she a chimney sweeper, she fell in black paint etc). This is a way you can learn to pay attention to small details and use them in a creative/funny way.

It obviously comes with experience, but what's also very important is about diving in your feelings and getting relaxed. If you are too pressured for certain outcome, you may not notice better opportunities or some subtle signals to set yourself onto proper direction. Take a breath, have fun and let it come to you. Handling human interactions without a rigid guidebook is where unique experience and relation can blossom.

I think there's really no "general rule of thumb" for charisma as everyone experiences emotions and processes words differently.

You're just going to have dive deeper on what works for you. Your personal "rizz"

It's learning to access a creative headspace. Effort is constricting, it limits creativity; it's when you try really hard to solve something and the answer comes to you in the shower or while you're doing whatever else.

Practice 'free association', you'll be able to find a video. Again, it's about loosening up and therefore harnessing more mental bandwidth. The more you try, judge, compare - the more things going on in your mind - it obviously limits you creatively.

The difference between someone who is 'good' or not is how much the pressure is stifling you. The less the pressure affects you, the more mental resources you have to access. People aren't naturally 'better', it's focus.

Guys say "I don't have anything to talk about" and they're in a room of thousands of objects, with thought, origin, tangents off those, etc. they can't see any of it, it's like having tunnel vision. It's awareness, you see things and it doesn't 'land'. You forgot you're breathing until I point it out, you forgot what socks you have on - when you're so focused on judgment and comparison, you can't 'see' anything.

Again, there's levels. There's being aware of what's there, there's expanding your awareness and being aware of what isn't there. 'Free association' is that, fully harnessing your creativity; you don't exactly have to go that far but it's good to practice nonetheless. Point is, you have to be less aware of yourself to be aware of everything else.

Yes, it’s something that comes with experience. Being witty or fun is just what we guys always do to and with each other. The more we hang out with other guys the more raunchy our conversation is. But with women we just tone it down much lower and subtler.

One thing that could help you is to not impress her or put her on a pedestal. Trying to impress her and put her on a pedestal would freeze your brain and your mouth. You know, like starstruck when you see your idol and you can’t say anything since you’re busy trying to find your jaw that you dropped to the floor.

You can just practice coming up with teases. Google most common female jobs and go through the list and come up with a tease for all of them. Do the same for female hobbies. Scroll through your social media feed/a collection of random girls' photos and come up with a push pull. The vibe and format for all of these are roughly the same, you just have to fill in the gaps.
