Best advice I ever received about groups: Talk to whoever listens. If one person is listening and 50 are not, only talk to the one who listens. Everyone else will notice this when they are done with whatever was distracting them and listen to you as well.

You just have to practice. Some of these things are easy to practice, for example eye contact. Simply FORCE YOURSELF to make eye contact until it becomes natural. It will take time but it will work. I know because I couldn't make eye contact until I forced myself to learn. Conversation, now that is a bit tricky. It's too hard for us to tell you how to make conversation, but one tip is not being afraid to have an opinion and sharing it. Also, think about WHY. Saying WHY you think, do, or believe something, usually leads to interesting conversation, versus just blurting out facts.

Make friends with people then it is easier to have conversations with women and men. Then it will help you be more relaxed around people.

A couple of things:

Its easier to make a comment or ask a question on what other people are saying. Genuinely listen to whoever is speaking, and then be curios and ask questions. Sometimes you might have something silly to say, say it and say it OUT LOUD. If you're not loud enough, nobody will listen. Note that you don't always have to say something, most of the time its better if you don't. Listen!
Develop a deep confident voice and use it.

There are circles where you are a god.Then there are circles where you are desperate to be liked.

What is the difference? It is the fact that in the former, you do not give a fuck.Maybe you don't even want to be there. You don't really care. This attitude makes your body language and speech different.

So next time just pretend that you have better places that you often go to, and that you have plenty of circles better than this one. Through repeated practice, you will start to believe this, so will others and it will eventually turn out to be true.

Be 100% confident that what you're going to say is interesting for everybody to listen. Just be like: ok, that's me, if you don't like it you can live but I think the shit I have to say is interesting enough. You'll see people respond pretty well, because everybody likes confidence.
