The biggest thing I see in this sub constantly is men who do not make their intentions clear, that's where the friendzone always stems from. If you are only talking to them via text and never setting up a date, they will assume that you only want to be friends and it's really hard to claw your way out of the depths of that, possible, but not probable. You have got to make your intentions clear up front, not always immediately but well within first few times of talking to them.

Here's what you need to do, scratch anything after number 2, start making number 3 "hey when are you free to continue this conversation in person". You need to really set that boundary within yourself, you will never build attraction through text or just talking to them, it just does not happen. Set definite dates with them and flirt, let attraction happen or not in person and then move on if it doesn't to the next one.
