Like these guys have all said, I do every one of these. Avoid the hands in pockets unless you're already really relaxed. "Hands in pockets" is generally a nervous tic, so don't do it unless you're already in a really relaxed mood and shit (in other words, don't do it when you're in the middle of a crowd in a difficult situation- just leave your hands by your sides).

Going along with this, don't bite your nails, don't ever touch/rub/scratch your hand around any part of your face if you can avoid it. It's usually just a nervous tic, even if you don't think so. Basically, don't move your hands and arms around various other parts of your body unless you actually need to. If you don't need to, then the movement is just a nervous tic and it's subconsciously unattractive. Leave your hands at your sides, push your shoulders back a bit and lean back a bit so it feels natural. [Do that when you're not talking- if you are talking, use gestures and shit.]

Edit: I've actually noticed a difference when I consciously remind myself not to move my hands/arms all around. If I keep them at my sides and avoid extraneous movement, people (and girls) tend to respond better to it. If I'm doing those nervous tics, people respond as if my frame isn't good (because it's not). So don't move your hands (AND YOUR LEGS!) around too much when you're standing or conversing with someone (unless you're doing it as part of communication).
