To be honest, just by reading this post it seems you're so far off that this has to be a joke. Now if that's not the case, I hope you sense the weight of what it seems most are saying here, and that's that you have to change this way of thinking, or how I see it, you're starting that journey of what seddit is REALLY about, and that is NOT trying to sleep with pieces of meat, but self-improvement. In fact, the more and more you will learn about seduction, the more you will learn that sleeping with women is just the icing on the cake, not the goal at all, and if it is, then get used to failing at pickup and people seeing you as a pig (though I'm not saying this about you either, just trying to get my point across). With that said I would say that sleeping with any woman you want at all is as simple and easy as just enjoying the hell out of your own life, having fun, doing whatever the hell it is that you want to do.

Now to actually be of some use, some practical tips that you can put straight to use would be this: 1. Read the Sidebar! Everyone will say this, but it's incredibly useful! Take notes, absorb it in, really grasp it! 2. I would say for personal gain, stop looking at porn and masturbating, and start hitting the gym, or at least taking care of your body the way you should. I'm not saying become a total meat head, but go get some distinguished features on you, go for a run! You'll not only look great but feel even better. And a personal challenge from me to you, don't masturbate for at least two weeks, see how much you can change with just that, you'll really surprise yourself. 3. As for your social awkwardness, reading this material will help a bit, but being out there will do the majority of it. My advice: go somewhere public, like Starbucks or something, and just talk to people, anybody and everybody. Men, women, old people, it doesn't matter, go show yourself that you can hold conversations with any and all kinds of people.I once heard here that confidence and fear are zero-sum, meaning if you gain one, you will lose the other, now which would you rather have. Every conversation you have will either be a confidence booster or a rejection desensitizer. Win, win!

I guess these would just be the very, VERY basics, some where to at least start. But seddit it about self-improvement, and there is always room to grow. Sex is a social interaction, not a bodily function. How easy it is depends on how good you are at making that social interaction happen. Seduction, whether you are male or female, is a skill that takes time and effort to cultivate. Anyone who says it is easy probably hasn't done it.

You will probably get more from even reading anthropology books at your college library than you will chatting with someone here on Reddit ;-)

Don't listen to people with 4 year relationships saying it's easy. They got lucky, they were probably forced to be partners in science class before they ever said a word to each other. Or people who get laid all the time, they have a different thought process, lots of experience, they know how to work the game, it sure as shit won't be that easy for a newbie.

The hardest part is being yourself, especially when a hot girl is talking to you. Every single person for a while as they start out are not being themselves, trying to seek approval and value, trying to get other people to laugh at their jokes, etc. The fundamental skill in pulling lays consistently is to be true to yourself. When the girl is looking you dead in the eye and bombarding you with shit tests, you have to have this deep understanding of yourself to come off as you do not give a fuck. If she senses one little bit of misalignment between your body language, facial expressions and what's coming out of your mouth its done. If you are 100% yourself, not putting on a show to try and get laid or whatnot, she will sense that and the attraction skyrockets.

But it's a hard thing to learn, to clear your mind and say exactly what you are thinking so that you are perfectly on key with yourself, especially when it's a fucking gorgeous girl and you're intimidated to the max and you want to put on your A-game. What she really wants is a real person not an actor saying canned lines.

This post is in the wrong mindset. You need to start taking steps to improve your mindset. Don't think of women as objects, think of them as people you want to have fun with. Dont worry about "fucking". WORK on your interactions with women. This is just my opinion. Good luck.

Getting laid is easy. Chances are there is a girl that already wants to, or at least would be willing to, have sex with you. However, creating a relationship where you can have sex multiple times and enjoy yourself when not having sex with almost any girl you want is difficult as hell. It very easy to ruin a relationship with sex.

Some guys will disagree with me, but I find the best sex is when you have a connection and passion with the girl. Sure you could go get laid by a chick you don't really find attractive or don't really like, but you aren't gonna like it as much as with a girl you actually want to be with. And on top of that it is incredibly easy to screw up a relationship with sex if you have it too soon. You may never have the chance to sleep with the girl again or you may cause her to isolate herself from you if you simply have sex with her without building comfort.

To answer you question its super easy once you've had the practice. You really need to read the sidebar and work a lot on your inner game. Sex is a side effect of the self-improvement aspects of the game. You can't get laid by just being hot, if you could I wouldn't have to work as hard at this shit.

That depends on who you want to bone.

You want to be with 9's about once a month? Go out at least 3 times a week for a year, take a couple 30+ day challenges. Do thousands of approaches a year and that's the kind of success you'll get after being very socially awkward at first.

You want to bring home fat girls, go out for a month and you'll be able to lay as many as you want.

At the end of the day, the ease of getting laid depends on how much you've approached, how often you currently approach, and how hard you've pressed your comfort zone in an intelligent way.

What pick up coaches and people who didn't make the journey from social awkwardness to some success don't tell you very often, is that this stuff is FUCKING HARD to learn. You have to do a couple thousand approaches before you really start to even scratch the surface.

Also, you'd benefit from not reading many comments in this subreddit. Most guys who post in general don't know what they're talking about. Read FR threads by solid guys. On RSDnation check out MyNameIsJosh, Chrysoberyl, Paris Boum Boum, Bonobotimes, Minotour, and RockNRollPUA for starters.

Read the sidebar. Do the newbie challenge (say hi to everyone in a crowded place). Memorize a few openers (3 or 4), a couple of DHV routines and some comfort building stuff. Then go out. There's no other way to learn it. Stop looking at GW, stop being a keyboard jockey. Make interacting with humans your prime directive in life for a few months. In real life, not online.
