Guys come to this community because they are, for lack of a better word, "beta". Pickup is a fake it till you make it approach to getting laid. Or you can talk about inner game, which is imo way more beneficial, which is about bring up your self confidence and ambition to a point where pickup becomes natural.

I'm always surprised at how scared of approaching girls my friends are.

I'm the one who has had a lifetime of social anxiety and who has a crap job and stuff, yet I approach probably 20 girls in a night. They approach about zero

My friends are all 10x more self confident than me, and have excellent, very well paid careers, but most of them would never have the balls too approach a hot girl at a bar. That 'self confidence' that they have 'in general' (confidence in their abililty to earn shit loads of money, confidence with their hobbies etc) DOESN'T transfer over to confidence to talking to stunning young girls wearing short skirts in bars. (partly why I don't really believe in 'inner game')

But for most guys, I think things just fall into place and they settle. Most of my friends met their girlfriends at work, often with HER making the first move, or a least making it VERY easy for HIM to make the move (since girls tell their friends they like a guy, knowing that it'll get back to him and then he can safely ask her out, knowing that he won't get rejected). It's usually just a matter of 'comfort' over 'game'. If a girl is single and spends 10 hours per day with someone, as long as he's not a psycho or extremely ugly, it seems she'll probably fall for him at least a little bit at some point/

Another of my friends has a very high notch count, but it's almost exclusively from work colleague girls, and some social circle game.

Most people are terrible at seduction.

Most people spend no time understanding what women want and their worldview of Disney movies and TV is never challenged by outside material.

Most men date a few women they meet in social circles or at work and then get married.

Yeah there are guys that "just get it" from birth and the way they were raised. Those are not most people.

No. If they are lucky, they will meet girls that are willing to approach them first, or make it super easy for them.

I know this because for a long time I was one of them. Managed to get married twice, but never approached, and never actually asked a girl out. I was shy, quiet, nerdy and had very very low self esteem, and had severe approach anxiety.

But eventually things changed for the better!

Most people are bad. Really, really bad.

Our society and the general state of relationships between men and women are fucked. Even most of the great looking guys with money are absolutely scared shitless to approach a random bombshell.

Any guys who actually go out and work at it, try to get better have an insane edge over everyone else.
