You just have to want it and if you don't do it, then you obviously didn't want it bad enough. You can tell yourself you did, but clearly not.

You're walking around an amusement park. You see a rollercoaster that's the tallest in the park. You want to ride that ride, but the only way you're getting on it is if you actually stand in line and go through the process to find yourself in a seat and getting strapped in. Once you're on, there's no getting off once that clicking sound starts and you're on your way up that first incline. After that, you're just screaming and laughing your head off.

You know that feeling is going to be there before you get on the ride, you know it's going to be fun. You know that if you wait in line, then you're going to be laughing and screaming your head off.

You could just walk right by though and head on over to the popcorn guy, because you clearly didn't want to be laughing and screaming your head off bad enough.

When you're "avoiding to display interest", then you just can't be bothered to "stand in line" and go through the process that leads to the thrill that follows.

You have to enjoy the process. You have to enjoy the wait in line with your friends, you have to enjoy the ticket counter, you have to enjoy getting strapped into your seat, you have to enjoy the clickclickclick sound, and finally you get to laugh and scream your head off.

I love flirting with girls just as much as I love fucking a girl's brains out. It's all part of the process, it's all enjoyable. If you can't enjoy flirting, then why look forward to kissing or loving or fucking?

Calling a girl cute isn't memorable so don't worry about it. Cute girls get called cute a lot. If you call her cute then what? She's not going to magically be into you because you said that. Try to learn about the person in question and come up with a plan. I think it's more about action rather than plain compliments. Nobody can really say what works best because everyone is different but what you need to understand is that it's all about confidence. Doesn't matter what move you try to make as long as you do something that shows your interest, which can be in many different ways.

I know it can be daunting sometimes but you have to just push through it man!! Realize your own worth and just go for it. I’ve learned to fear missed opportunities rather than rejection. If she’s says no... so what! Move to the next but you’ll never know unless you try. I got a cute ass girls number today because I just pushed through the slight anxiety and went for it. Approach women and build non-sexual rapport, then say something that is totally untrue that would make her hate you. If she doesn't go cold, admit you were only kidding and go back to friendly, then admit to being a serial killer in a way that doesn't sound like you are joking... then break the act and admit you were only kidding. Go back to friendly for a bit then sex something overtly sexual.

You need to show interest to progress a social interaction towards a romantic outcome. So if you don't show any interest, it'll be platonic. So technically you're still being rejected, its just not in your face.

Same goes for escalation, talking to a girl and getting her into you, just to miss all her signs to escalate is going to make her next you pretty fast. Ever miss a DTF signal and realize it later? lol.

This is a realization that comes a bit later but the reasoning is:

Making moves such as showing interest/escalating is 'harder' only because you think you're gonna get rejected, but they have a chance of being the right moves and moving the interaction forward.

Not making moves such as hiding interesting or failure to escalate will otherwise 100% always result in rejection.

I like to do it as a challenge. The fact that it scares me to say something authentic - it can be anything really even to other guys or family - indicates me that I should try saying it and see what happens. It makes you feel good whatever the outcome is because you're learning to be authentic
