This has been a pattern for some years, and I'm starting to get sick of it. I'm a decently handsome guy (chill, relaxed). This comes with drawbacks. I keep getting jokes about how handsome I am, and how I'm sleeping with different girls at a time (I don't at all, I like having a single long-term FWB). I dress like a normal office worker, and I'm actually quite reserved.

Every single place I work at, the few men that have a girlfriend, they all turn bitchy and insecure towards me. Like straight up hating me (even right from the start). Their girlfriend being an unattractive 3—without me even doing anything—these men will act as if I'm trying to steal their girlfriend. Seriously, WTF, I'm not interested or even remotely attracted to your girl.

And I'm barely talking to them—literally avoiding their girlfriend (maybe exchanging the occasional few normal sentences once or twice a month so it isn't fucking awkward). But the beta guys act as if I should never ever speak to their girlfriend, and are annoyingly insecure and bitchy.

Seriously, what is wrong with these insecure people? What should I be doing to solve this situation?
