Instagram—how to avoid similar issues?

I don’t have a social media acc except maybe this one here. But I know for a fact the ratio of follows and followers have to be decent to maintain your frame. Imagine you only have 10 followers for example (and most of them are bots lol), while you follow 300 people and many of them are women. Now you’d look like a creep.

To me not having a social media is the safest option. Some have given me their IG links and I just bookmarked them in my cellphone, I barely look at them anyway. If they wanna more about me they can go out with me. But I never get the idea of “following” a woman on social media that you have a crush on, it feels to me it’s just to give them validation, they have a show and you are an audience - borderline exhibitionism fetish—

Girls want to check your Instagram to see that you're not following a bunch of other girls and skanky accounts. There's no way to avoid this. They also want to see your insta to estimate your social status, and to see that you're actually single.

For you to have a good insta - you can't be following a bunch of skanky accounts or only a bunch of hot women. You have to follow a mix of accounts with just some women mixed in. So your account looks normal..and don't go dropping likes on skanky accounts either.

In a small city, you always have to look out for your reputation and keep what you do with other women on the down low. In general, it's not great to be seducing people in a small city. Move to a bigger one.

As for crazies: don't date them.

Also, if you treat everyone with respect and honesty - it's unlikely that anyone will go on some revenge train trying to bad mouth you. Treat people well and maintain your reputation. Especially in a small city.

Building a good insta takes a lot of time and effort. When you have built that - it's a huge benefit to your game.

Turn your IG into a highlight reel of your life. Have your real life social circle as your followers and follow them back. Post your travels, your wins, your losses, turn your IG into something that reflects your real life. This way your IG is just a quick way to get a feel for who you are and what you do. It doesn’t have to be some high status lifestyle stuff, I just has to be authentic. You’ll learn how to take better pictures and how to use the filters and editing tools and what not with practice. It’s never a good look to just follow baddies, so don’t do that lol. If you do this all well, it addresses all of the concerns you have.

When you say "following girls," do you mean "following people you've actually met and talked to," or "following content-creator pages of women advertising OFs because they're hot?"

I can't imagine anyone taking issue with the former (just means you have a lot of friends and/or acquaintances). The latter, though… women look at that differently from how dudes do.

girls will check your followers regardless. if they ghost because you have too many female followers theyre insecure and its their problem. normal girls wont care

girls are gonna talk. fact as hold as time no avoiding that

as for crazies you are totally free to block anyone you dont want checking out your page and info

Forget about instagram. It only barely works if you're willing to make a great profile with good high quality pictures. It's not worth the hassle. If girls are not giving you their number, they aren't interested. Just move on.

I feel like majority of this is solved by just being a good person. Are you only using IG to pick up women/ get their contact info?

Social Media has essentially become a necessary evil. Your life resume. Employers check it. Potential mates check it.

Women are mainly checking for:

-number of women you’re following as you stated

Easily remedied by having a good mix of content you enjoy, family and friends as well as ladies you’ve met.

anything that gives them “the ick” (basically anything fun)

I.e. posting too much, posting too little, no pictures with friends, anything that makes you look like a fuck boy (too masculine) anything that makes you look like a simp (too feminine), selfies

Post things actually worth viewing- you at events, volunteering, with family and friends

Skip attention seeking photos of you (selfies), your material things, pictures of food, or famous landmarks.
