Sincere question. Why do you want to invite only one girl over that you are friends with and who only sees you as a friend? Seems to me you want to get laid. So be honest and look for someone who wants the same thing. Not someone who thinks you are their friend when you just want to bang them.

Girl can get scared if this would be your first meeting and you straightforwardly ask her to come to your place, one on one. But if you built enough comfort and connection and she is attracted to you sexually, then she will surely agree for Netflix n Chill with you alone.
