Im in highschool: Just use what you learned about eye contact and genuine compliments, its a downgraded game is how I look at it, but it can become complicated just depends.

Finishing high school in a few weeks and been reading this sub for a few months now. You are completely right to say that most of the field reports and actions don't work in high school, since the constant social circle does not allow much liberty to do pick up for guys and girls alike.

However, the principles taught and discussed here will really help you with self-improvement and generally become better and more comfortable in social settings, which can help you in small ways now and hopefully big ways when you get to university.

Getting with girls in high school is definitely different that after expecially because if you ask someone out you are going to have to see them until you graduate. However don't let that stop you. Use what you have learned about IOI to tell if a girl is into you and if you think she might be take a chance and ask her out. My biggest regret from high school is not asking a couple of girls out who in hindsight were clearly into me.

Also remember that how you act in socal situation is dependent on the venue. Certain things are only appropriate in a club and definitely wouldn't work in a high school. Some of the day game principles would probably work just take it easy on the keno until you are actually on a date.

Should game really be a focus of mine in high school?

"Game" in high school is peanuts. In the larger scheme of things, getting into a good college and/or whatever else necessary to prepare yourself for your career, should take precedence. By all means, don't neglect your social development, but focusing on this to the detriment of anything else, should be avoided.

Plus, the quality of girls you can get after high school and after college, dwarfs what is available to you now. Of course, enjoy what you have, but don't sacrifice your future to chase around HS girls.

I'm not sure if it's really feasible to k-close and f-close at any satisfactory rate here considering that girls in hs are heavily influenced by social standings with guys and are generally prude and hard to crack (not saying that they should be, but that's how it is compared to a club or college setting where you have an abundance of freedom.)

Not quite correct. There are issues, but the thing you've honed in on here, the female concern with social standing and being seen as a "slut", that never goes away. That's what the whole Anti Slut Defense term is about. It never goes away.

The main difference in HS is that you have eyes on you ALL the time and rumors about one's promiscuity spread quickly. So you are correct that there are some characteristics of the HS environment that will affect "game".

If you want to get anywhere with many girls who are trying to negotiate this fine line (which will be most well-adjusted girls, honestly), then you need to proceed with sensitivity to this issue. It's not that girls don't enjoy sex and the like. It's that they don't enjoy the consequences. So if you are after casual fun with them, you can't be public about it or many of them will shut it down. You have to proceed in a way that's direct, non-judgemental (about girls who have sex), and not public (avoid PDAs!), so they can avoid being stigmatized.

So you have to dispense with the idea of looking for displays in public as proof of your progress with a girl. Unless you want something serious with her.

I'm just another high schooler here, and I would also like to know other's opinions on this. For me, even though I'm new to this whole seduction thing, I think the material on here and the in field on Youtube and stuff that you're describing doesn't strictly just apply to picking up chicks, but rather helps with all conversations and facets of life. E.g. conscious attention to improving eye contact and body language also helped in an oral assessment task I had to do for modern history.

So maybe it might not be helpful for k-closes and f-closes yet, but I'm keeping this stuff for later in life. Especially uni haha, looking forward to that. So yes, keep focusing on game, apply it everywhere, but don't worry about not getting k-closes in school (outcome independence)

I would highly highly recommend that you work on your body language, communication skills, and approach anxiety from now. Displaying proper body language will make you look and feel more confident. Being a great conversationalist & unafraid to talk to new people in itself will give you a great advantage. Think of these 3 things as the strong foundation which all those other pick up things can be added to when you want to really dive into that stuff. For now i would recomend you work on the big 3. They will benefit your love life, and your business life.

If I was still in high school and found this stuff, I'd probably just focus on becoming a better person to get me thay much closer to the goals I already had. Having social grace becomes nice in a ton of situations outside PUA.

try to make as many friends as possible, and be confident. most people hate their lives in high school to some degree, so show how cool your life is and attract people. (don't let pussy control you either, study/do your homework; its about YOU not the end goal)

high school gaming is the easiest thing now that I look back. You don't need much. Confidence is huge in high school, and you're in a community where everyone know each other.

Was a 15 year old pickup artist 22 now. I don't recommend running game at your actual high school but things like learning iois and being social and going to school events and getting involved with school will help you a ton. Also a good way of looking at it is most of the time in terms of sealing the deal in high school making out is about as good as sex for adults in terms of getting a girl on your team. My recommendations: join choir, do theatre theatre especially because it teaches you how to deal with pressure from a huge number of people which is awesome.

Also concerts are a great place to practice cold approach. You can still go out it's just harder at first. The real drought happens if you dont go to a college that has an active social life and there are zero 18 plus clubs. What not to do:

Run routines

Do cold approach during school hours. I would run it during football games and would usually go after girls from the visiting schools.

Game is everywhere, including high school. The big difference is that you have a reputation established by high school. This works against you as people know of your history and what/who you've done. Try to keep these details hidden when pursuing new leads. Don't be eager to talk about your past.

Consider your dating game as part of working on yourself. You are, after all. You are improving your ability to assert your virility as a male to your female counterparts.

School game is amazingly easy. For high school just get in shape, take care of your looks, be groomed, dress attractive, do your hair, etc. On top of that, do something interesting. Not some magic the gathering crap, but something social that girls do too, like salsa, dance, music, sports, something that's not just stuff nerds do.

Picking up girls in High School and College is the easiest experience picking up girls you will ever have
