It seems like you fell into the trap of dating- becoming too comfortable. Just because you are dating does not mean you should stop growing as a person. Be more sociable, have mutual friends with your gf but also have friends that are only your friends. This way, when you break up, you do not have to start life over. And continue strengthening the relationships with your family, co-workers and neighbors, continually.

Awesome man. Putting out good vibes and confident demeanor is infectious. Genuinely engaging exchanges are what most people look for when they are out. Hey brother, congrats first! I align closely with a lot of what you are saying. However, I cannot start conversations with strangers, let alone cute girls.

I can walk in head tall, chest out, smiling, and just like you said you get looks all the time but I just can't get through the breakthrough of chatting them up, or creating a conversation out of nothing.

Do you recommend anything, does anybody know of any good post that talk about this?

I always feel like I'll just say hi and the conversation is going to be done.

im extremely friendly, happy and always smiling. I say hey whats up? to random people in the street, men and women and even elderly. But I always get weird looks from people because i look really mean (I look like a lightskin ice cube) :(
