Honestly fuck what most of these people are saying. Your first issue is that you're referring to this as "acting" rather than actually becoming masculine. Masculinity is about being the best man you can be. So go pursue hobbies or other things that interest you and build a better life for yourself. Go hit the gym, eat better foods and cut the sugar. Build muscle and have confidence in yourself. Become the man that you imagine yourself as.

Why do you feel the need to do that? As a 20yo girl, guys who even say the phrase “alpha male” are the biggest turn off. It can even sound predatory at times. The best thing you can do is try to be comfortable with both your feminine and masculine side. Then you will be the most attractive version of yourself

Confidence is the ability to handle ALL of your emotions. The most confident thing you can do if you’re nervous is not try to hide it and let the girl see your nervousness. That’s why “just be yourself” is cliche. Literally just let whatever is inside you spill out with no filter. That takes courage. I’ve literally closed girls after telling them how I have social anxiety and I question if girls think I’m attractive etc. because I owned it wasn’t looking for validation or trying to act tough

You can only “look” or “act” for so long. You either are a masculine guy or are not. So concentrate on becoming one instead of acting or looking a certain way. That being said there is no clear cut answer to how a masculine man is. It’s different for each guy and for each setting. All of them however have some things in common. Things such as relaxed, satisfied and confident in who they are. All of these are honest signals that cannot be faked and they come as a result of just experiencing new stuff by consistently overcoming obstacles. Start by doing stuff you are scared of or have been chickening out of. The more of such activities you do on a daily basis the more naturally “alpha” you ll become. Good question tho

You wanna try and BECOME more masculine rather than act but anyway I reckon just being comfortable in your own skin and with who you are, being your own man not changing your views to match people you are talking to (say what you honestly think but respectfully). Learn to maintain strong eye contact. Take care of your physical and mental wellbeing. Don't be needy or insecure. Don't get offended easily. Don't let yourself get intimidated by people's looks or status etc. Be respectfully assertive. Don't put others down to make yourself look better.

That's stuff that comes to mind.

Being more dominant and alpha- that is a character trait… it cannot be imitated or acted out falsely to impress anyone. Either you have this or not. Personally, I have this very much. I have been told on numerous times to knock it off/back down/calm down- simply because I’m a charger/leader/manly man. I fight for those of lesser and equal/stand up to those who challenge me or mine. I carry myself with confidence and power at all times. People know when I walk in a room. I have manly habits and hobbies. These are not things you “act out” or “look like” you have. As the saying goes “Real recognizes Real”. You do not want to have your bluff called on a date or any scenario in life by acting to be something your not. Best advice is to be you- know who you are- and confidently offer that 💯.

I think for me it’s not being afraid of other guys, physically and competitively (social) this makes me at ease around other guys and not stress out or put up a front. I’m not in this constant competition with them or uneasy around them. So it’s a self valuing thing a certain amount of self worth combined with a physical security.

Masculinity is the opposite of femininity.

Don't try to be or act anything like women, your masculinity can attract women alone, just like a woman's femininity can attract you. Sorry, it's not a comprehensive list but I did want to drop that quote.

Id say there are tons of quick alpha moves. Stand up straight, occupying more space, speak louder, wear bolder clothes. But there are no quick fixes you will come of as incongruent dressed up like an alpha player then talking all shy. I think you can fake it till you make it. But manage expectations while you get used to knowing how people act around you and learn what is expected of you. The other route pick your craft and get really good at it, make good money from it and be an expert. That will develop alpha traits in a more natura and sustainable way.

Know how to have power over others, get strong and be stronger than others, know the game so you will stay above everyone who ever challenges you. Like using dominant looks and head movements to keep people in their place if they ever try to act above you. If you’re good looking and big and you show your muscles with a short sleeve shirt then no one will try to act above you except other strong guys but as long as you look the best even they can’t touch you. won’t even challenge you. They’ll fear you way too much. Learn fighting and self defense to add fear to people. Get skill in a few things and make that skill better than others, have rare and valuable music shows and movies, listen to a lot of good music, watch a lot of good shows watch a lot of good movies and be able to talk about all of it. Know about all of it and relate to the meaningful parts. The more you have the more above every other alpha you’ll be. Oh and by the way everyone who’s tried to come against me here anywhere also online and in real life has lost. Anyone who tries to come against me will lose. I’m the master of the game and I’ve proven it many times.
