Bad boys are pursuing their interests and desires. Sure they probably try to be polite and caring, cause otherwise you're not a bad boy you're just a cunt. But nice guys prioritise politeness and fitting in with others above expressing their own feelings and desires.

Nice guys always wanna minimise tension and find their path through life by letting others choose theirs first and then fitting into whatever space remains. Bad boys push ahead and carve out their own path through life according to what they want. They dont intentionally fuck up others paths, but they aren't tiptoeing around treating themselves like a burden to the world and terrified if their actions are gonna offend somebody or get in their way.

Psychopaths enjoy hurting people. Assholes just dont care if they hurt people. But bad boys dont want to hurt people, they want people to enjoy their lives too. they just aren't paranoid about accidentally getting in people's way like nice guys are. So they have a decently normal opinion of themselves and realise it's okay to go after what you want, if you misjudge and offend someone then you can apologise or whatever after if needs be but you're meant to live your life for yourself, not be constantly sacrificing yourself for everyone else all the time.

Nice guys are liars, they pretend to be a girl's friend to try and weasel their way into bed with a woman.

A bad boy is pretty much upfront with what he wants, it may initially offend her or put her off but she's attracted to his forwardness and masculinity.
