i think it would benefit you to try approaching girls in a place where you would actually have time to talk, like a bar or a museum or a park for example. if youre just walking around on the street trying to talk to other girls walking on the street, you will prob yield less results. reason being bc most ppl walking on the street are trying to go somewhere, and might be on a time limit or have a task theyre trying to accomplish. stopping someone mid commute is most likely going to annoy them. they might act nice to be polite, but if a guy stopped me while i was on my way somewhere id be pretty annoyed. and they keep telling you they have to go, and a lot of it is prob bc they DO actually have to go. you stopped them mid go. whereas if you approach in a situation where theyre not trying to get from point A to point B and theyre just hangin out, i think you'll be a lot more successful. and in a setting like a bar, a lot of girls are hoping to be approached even.

edit: maybe try switching up from the "you seem artistic" or whatever. dont use that unless they actually do truly seem artsy, and instead of telling them that they have an artistic vibe, you should just ask "are you an artist?" also try being a little more forward, instead of guising your conversation as just purely friendly - but especially if youre out on the street. if youre at a bar etc you have more time to talk so there id recommend starting off friendly. but if the girl is in a pinch, i think best to get straight to the point. if i was on the street walking somewhere and a guy approached me, i would much prefer a "hey, im really sorry to bother you. but i saw you and i just couldnt help but come introduce myself. my name is xxxxx, let me take you out for a drink some time. ill make it worth your while, i promise." as opposed to being told by a guy that i have an artistic vibe and he tries to make random conversation while pussy footing around asking me out and wasting my time. on the street should = straight to the point.

Dude has gone 44 days without any notable success. If you're gonna keep doing this, at the very least, stop approaching girls who are in a rush or hell, stop approaching them in public. I know it's hard because of Corona, but if you've gone over 8 weeks without any notable success, and haven't realized why, then revise your methods.

Just wanted to say man, your challenge has been really inspiring to me and I've been cold approaching more frequently myself in part due to your posts. I'm glad you're trying out new things (def try direct approach more often), success isn't linear and you're still pretty early in the journey. Keep at it.
