Hey all,

So right now I'm studying up, and although approaching is less of a problem than it was, I'm still having trouble with the conversation stalling and most frustratingly of all, an inability to break through the "job interview" and move to deep rapport and comfort. I honestly don't care about their job/major/whatever, I want to know who they are as people and what makes them tick.

So without futher ado, if you had to recommend one book/ebook/podcast/etc to help someone with their conversational skills (with anyone, not just girls), what would it be?
