You will almost definitely see the girl again after you've hooked up with her, which obviously is not always the case if you're going the 'bar' approach route. a) getting tons of other pussy (in which case why on EARTH would you want to shit where you eat and sleep with this girl you see alot?

I think anybody saying otherwise is living in lala-land. Chances are she's already gossiped about you with her other friends, and if you haven't already slept with her, it's probably because she (currently) isn't interested.

You see her frequently, she already knows how to react to you - and I'm guessing it's not sexually. Acquire pre-selection or looks or money to move things forward.
