She’s (probably) trying to get you to chase because shes gotten physically invested and is trying to gain some control over the situation. Don’t chase or make a big deal of it - let her come to you when she feels like it and continue living life otherwise.

Contrary to popular belief, not every girl likes to text everyday. Especially if it’s just small talk nonsense. Try only hitting her up to meet up and see how she responds to that.

I’m seeing a girl like that rn. I realized that some days she’ll be short and I thought she wasn’t into it anymore. But I let it cool and just casually call her and video chat every now and then and she’s a lot more engaged and fun during the calls. Personally I like it better too. Only requires 30 minutes sessions as opposed to hours spread out throughout the day texting, especially if it’s about nothing.

This doesn’t exactly classify as ghosting quite yet. It does sound like she has some doubts and she’s pulling back already. Typically she wants you to be “heroic” and chase after her.

This usually results in failure and what little interest she did have quickly dissolves. Reciprocate interest, but don’t “chase” and blow her phone up asking what’s going on with her.

Women go through a sea of emotions and she may reach back out.

It’s okay to stand your ground with her inconsistency, but don’t act like you’re heart-broken or god forbid send some “we could have had something” text.
