First: 5-foot-6 college wrestler celebrates his championship win with 6-foot-2 girlfriend

Back in college, there was a guy, probably 5 feet tall or 5'1. Red haired, chubby, not attractive at all. He tried to date, and didn't go well for him. Crazily enough, about 15 years later, I ran into him and he was married with kids. He became a doctor and his wife was a normal looking lady, at least from the pics she showed me. As he told me, once he told women he was a doctor, looks, height, didn't matter.

Finally, another short dude I knew, he just went to south america and when he would say he was american, ladies galore. Also married with kids but to a latina woman.

And then my other friend, also on the short side, 5'4, but he is very funny. Women flock him and back in my college days, he bagged more women than all of us dudes in the "normal" height range.

So from earning lots of money, to traveling abroad, to being funny---you still have chances out there.

You can but it will be alot harder just being real.

Height is definitely an advantage that you will have to make up elsewhere, but it’s not the be all end all.

There are women that do not care but they’re usually rarer than a unicorn and taken.

Find a Filipina, they are very short and you always see them with shorter men. They seem to be OK with a guy being their height.

That's a tough one that I don't feel confident answering since I'm not really sure what life is like for a 5' guy. I think it's technically possible to find at least one woman that will be interested in you. Possibly many depending on what your requirements and other features are.

If I can pry a bit to get a better idea of what you are working with: about how old are you, how do you approach women, what was the best response you got, have you ever had sex with a female, if not, have you had any kind of romantic contact with one? What are your must-haves in a prospective partner?

Don't let it bother you and don't react in a negative way if anyone brings your height up. Still maintain a smile and positivity. It should not define you. Even on the opposite side, guys over like 6'5 probably get annoyed when people endlessly ask them if they play basketball.

I'm 5'4" and the shortest coach in the industry, to my knowledge. I realize that that's still 4 inches taller than 5', but I'm probably the closest guy to your height who has had big success in dating despite my height.

Our height is OBVIOUSLY a disadvantage, and obviously makes things tougher. But it CAN be done, you just have to be more skilled to compensate. Have you seen the youtube videos of small guys our height completely destroy giant guys in fights? They do it by being better skilled so that their skill set compensates for the size disadvantage.

It's the same thing in dating. I'm not speaking based on theory, i'm speaking as someone who has personally done it and how has coached many short guys to do it as well.

The real question is are you willing to put in the work to make it happen. That's the only question you need to answer for now.

what a coincidence (i know 4 days later ...) but while shopping i seen a very short man (reasonably handsome) with a very tall voluptuous beauty !! i almost lost my balance she was just sashaying and strutting her stuff AND COULD NOT take her hands off him!! even when he went for an item big ol' smooch when he approach their cart

friends ,sports clubs (adult fun leagues) card playing/games groups, meet ups (met a real gem 1X at an art show ) etc i am shy so in same boat lack confidence to approach ladies

so yes its VERY possible ! its you your confidence ,of course some people may have no interest in ....short ,fat ,tall,skinny etc etc

As a super short guy I can tell you don’t need to worry about it, I’m short as hell but when I go out I get woman and men staring at me all the time on the street, my ex was a 9 same height as me before that I was with a Swedish swimmer that was way taller than me and now I date very beautiful woman and the ones that I like not so much to e ones that like me, I had taller woman begging me to bring them home, I’m no lying. In my case I accepted that I’m a short guy and that woman will always feel attracted to tall heights in a man but I understood that girls also know that tall guys are just regular guys and that doesn’t make them explote in emotion by itself necessarily, a lot of hot girls spend time with tall man and don’t find anything special in them after relationships meaning that in future hookups they won’t take height as a definitive trait that will make them happy. You got to be comfortable receiving jokes and laugh it out because you are the man, you got skill and you are strong and smart, you got to be clean, smooth, with plans in life, independent, make them feel emotions and blow their minds, even if a woman reject you for being short she will still compare you with her taller pick while she realizes it was her loss to not be with you. You can still easily find woman your same height or shorter too and there is also woman that like short man specifically and even has fetishes and stuff.

Women in the end stick with someone who can give them emotional rollercoaster, thats why funny guy, musician, starving actor etc gets the girl without actually knowing how it works

Club, Pubs and Online dating won't work for you. I won't even recommend trying them.

I'll recommend living real life. And finding someone from it. You'll need to overcompensate tho. But just be confident and love yourself

Lots of people here don't even know what it feels being 5'6 let alone being 5'0. So you'll get this blue pilled advice alot like above.

If you want a serious advice from someone who somewhat understands your pain? Try to get a lengthening surgery. People will downvote me for this but if you're insecure about being short it'll eat your life and your happiness away. Even if you manage to find a gf if she gets a tall friend you're insecurity will kill you inside and you'll be scared for her to not cheat on you. So my best advice? Get a lengthening surgery, reach 5'6 and then blast steroids. Kill your insecurities by whatever means possible. Highly dangerous advice which might as well take few years from you. But yes. It's much better than living entire life thinking you're unlovable.

Coming from a 6’4 conventionally good looking guy and someone who works out. This is who I am. I can tell you all these things matter way less than you’d think.

I have been blown out countless times by guys just having more fun or a stronger frame/better vibe than me. That’s not to say my looks haven’t helped but it’s like 30% of how much it helps.

While I’m sure the road will be way harder for you due to a lot of insecurities I just want to say having the height and looks thing does NOT matter anything like you think it does. It’s all how you carry yourself
