Snapchat streaks sound like you’re walking yourself into the friend zone. Stop giving her attention and validation without getting what you want. You are literally wasting your time. Ask her on a date. If she says yes or gives firm alternative plans, great. If not, forget about her.

Ever have a girl send you a snap everyday that said “streak”? Meaning, I have nothing interesting to say, and no particular interest in anything you’re doing, other than keeping this Snapchat streak alive. Idk what it is but it’s just plain obnoxious and rude to me. Unless you’re going to send me a snap with some sort of enthusiasm or conversation piece to it, don’t send me fucking lame and lazy pictures that say “streak”.

My advice is to be communicating infrequent enough over the phone to not let a streak develop. As the coach says, the phone is for setting up dates.

Agree with everything the other two guys have said, but I want to add that if you simply want to keep the streak just send a mass blank snap to everyone you have a streak with. Simply tho if you wanna smash I’d recommend not having a snap streak with them at all

Highly recommend the streak after a date or after you’ve hooked up, it’s an incredibly low effort way to keep momentum going if you don’t see them for a week or more - girls get bored and move on fast if you ignore them too long. As long as you’re making plans and keeping things moving it’s good.

Streaks are a waste. The dedication alone will turn down the quality of daily snaps you get. You’ll go from pics of her face and body to a black screen with just “streaks” on it. Or just a random blurry photo of random shit.

This is where I faulter. I can agree that talking to wahmen over Snapchat gives them free validation. I wanna how you keep them interested say from the end of a weekend to the start of the next??

For example, I had a potential girl whom I had a great opening with. She asked for Snapchat and I asked her out on a dog park date two days later. She said "maybe" which I took as a no. She thanwent on to message me every morning, just generic good mornings. It fizzled out and I ended up ghosting her over two weeks because I didn't know to move her from messaging to meeting up

From my experience, the no contact in between dates, has actually led to more flakes.

What I've found that works is value giving texts or snaps. Stay away from date like questions or boring "how's your day" like questions. Instead send funny/interesting stuff. But don't over do it.

What I do with snapchat is I will go out and do interesting shit and put it on my story, rock climbing, parties, hiking, playing guitar, concerts, traveling, working on renovating properties, etc. This gives the woman a glimpse into my life.

For texts, if I haven't talked to her in a while, I'll send a funny meme that's relevant to what we've talked about. I will then try to setup a date no more than a day away.

I also hate snapchat streaks, it's freaking pointless as hell and a waste of time, you'll just be seem more as a man who stands for his oppinions if you tell her you really just think it sucks.

lol snapchat streaks.. thats ridiculous, im glad i missed this fucking fad in my generation not having to use fucking snapchat for dating. (late 20s) .. however facebook is still heavily fucking important but i dont have to use snapchat tumblr instagram and all that other shit so i guess its a good tradeoff

The best solution would be deleting snapchat honestly. It's a useless app that just wastes your time. I used to have it but I never managed to build any attraction or rapport on it. So that's my advice, ditch snapchat and text through instagram and whatsapp. If you don't use snap, she can't blame you for not keeping up the streak. Makes sense, doesn't it?
