I keep saying this when people ask this question, but in my experience I’ve found it best to lean into what suits me. I’m never going to be a super social butterfly, they would be incongruent to my personality. That doesn’t mean I have to be celibate. You can meet women through cold approach and apps and just be a nerdy guy the rest of the time. Cold approach in particular is the cheat code to be nerdy and still meet women.

Gym is absolutely essential for every nerd specially fat ones & super skinny ones with needle arms , if you're a coder ( long hours front of computer ) gym is now 10X more essential .

in addition to working out 3-6 times a week , all you need is grabbing balls to say hi to women during daytime . aka daygame .

you have flexible work hours? if so , go out for a quick 1-2 hour walk everyday at rush hour or early P.m times & say hi to every woman who catches your attention ( assuming you're not living in some small shit house , you'll be saying hi to 10+ women each time ).

BOOM! 3 months later you'll be living a rockstar life at least in terms of dating .

Don't give excuses to yourself that you don't talk to anyone because you are working hard or you don't know where to go to find ladies, or maybe you are tired... don't look for the right moment, don't wait until you have 6 pack abs...don't postpone an opportunity because you are not wearing a good outfit or because you are sweaty or because it is Spring and you have enough time until on Winter... just change your life a bit and include 1-2 hours or walking in town by looking people in the eyes and try to be social with everyone and every time (including old people men or women)... it is the most natural thing to talk to every one, later you will see that it is piece of cake talking with ladies without thinking what to say (forget about cold approach, openers, vibe, 3 seconds rules etc), for talking you don't need science.

Tennis. I took a tennis class once and it was myself and 5 women. Don't do it to meet women, do it because you want to learn the game of tennis. Getting good at something like tennis can also open up new activities if you get a team, compete, join a tennis club, etc... But just know women do like to take tennis classes, so it will provide social opportunities.

Another thing you can do, is take other types of classes. Look for anything that peeks your interest and take a class. See what happens. Here in the USA there are parks & recreation divisions in most townships. In any populated area you can find classes. Just download the pdf of all activities and classes available. Colleges and Universities also may have classes worth taking. All should provide social opportunities.

There are also running and cycling clubs all over. Lots of people like those and they provide many social opportunities. Some of these groups convene in bars after bike rides, runs, etc... There are events like 5k races, midnight rides, etc... So, there is plenty of opportunity out there.

Some bars also have volleyball teams and tournaments they run. You can probably imagine the social doors this could open. Again, do it because you want to play volleyball. The social component will be automatic since it involves other people.

do your reading at a busy cafe or coffee shop, take classes like life drawing, ceramics, cooking
