Body language and non-verbal communication are nearly everything in pick-up. Their importance cannot be over-emphasized. Study those well, and you'll project and radiate confidence and power which can make girls go nuts with desire.

Have you ever noticed how some people's presence just... draws the eyes and commands attention? That's good body language in progress. Who to study? President Obama is a good example; so is Clint Eastwood and George Clooney.

As you notice yourself regarding facial expressions; less tends to be more.

Get some dead-honest wing to tell what you project by how you move and ask him to tell you how to fix it. Constant focus for days and weeks in a row are key which is the greatest challenge of mastering this aspect.

Body language, in itself, is extremely important. There are many things to remember, but from what I have noticed it can be summed up like this: expose vital areas of the body (throat, stomach, crotch, etc.) and deliberately show that they are unprotected (arms to the side/back), that is the basic confident body language.

I'm finding that I used to be way too concerned about my words. Now I tease, say whatever comes to mind, and don't supplicate.

Body language and kino seem to be a channel of communication that is much more effective that was invisible to me.

Don't hold your drink in front of your body!

Before you ever open your mouth or take notice of a woman, they have judged/noticed how you carry yourself. Learn to take up more space at all times. While walking, expand the chest, pull the shoulders back and down, chin up, don't let the head slope down or hang low. When standing still, plant your feet, keep your chest up and out and just OWN your area.

When sitting, drape an arm over something, hold your hands behind your head, keep your body open. Don't ever cross your arms or legs and if you notice it correct it immediately.

I'm not the greatest pua on here, probably just above average, but body language is my thing. Every single girl remarks that the first thing they notice about me is that I carry myself well and that I'm one of the most animated characters (in regards to facial expressions) that they have ever met.

I like to stay open but disengaged.

Also, one thing I recently noticed about myself is that I use slow hand gestures to give spatial representation to what I'm saying. Like, if I want to switch between threads, I put a palm up, pause, and introduce the new thread with a gesture of the same hand.

One trick I use to get eye contact in conversation:

If I'm not getting the eye contact I want, I will talk about something and look off into the distance over the other person's shoulder. When I bring my attention back to her, more often than not she will give me better eye contact.

Body language is everything but you can't fake it. It's irrelevant to think about your own body language because if you're in the right headspace you'll have the right subcomms anyway.

I haven't seen anyone post a thought about "reading the woman's body language". Curious. I would have thought there'd be more interest in that. I study reading body language. It's probably the single most advantageous thing I know. I always notice when a woman is interested in me, even from across the room, out of the corner of my eye, etc. And I know exactly when to make the move, so that, if I open this woman, I'll have her full attention. It's taken reading some pretty technical guides and lots of field observation, but I can size up a room and tell who's single in just a few seconds. It's like switching from a shotgun to a sniper rifle.
