Everyone else is assuming that this guy is actually getting anywhere with this multitude of women. He's not, he said so himself.

OP, I don't have much advice except for telling you that the cycle will continue to repeat itself until YOU change.

It's easy to not give a fuck when there's no girls around for a while. However, when you attract groups, cliques, sets, whatever, you don't know how to handle the attention and end up AFC'ing it. Or more specifically, you act like an AFC towards each one of them individually (your target, which you move on from), while seeming disingenuous towards the non-targets. Repeat until cycle ends, all girls in the group are alienated, and thus begins another dry spell.

What exactly do you mean by "interested in 3-5 girls at once?" You mean seeing them as potential targets, or having your hooks in all of them and trying to make enough time to juggle their attentions? What stage of the game are you at with all these girls?

I will try to make this short:

I have always been active supporter of multiple relationships, however, this is the only workable way to keep juggling more than one woman:

(side note: 3-5 is a bit excessive, and if you have to ask how to keep them, you don't have game strong enough. 2-3 is reasonable, 3-5 is too many)

your primary girlfriend - best not to lie to her, at least do not tell her you are seeing other women (no girl want to hear this), but do not tell her you two are exclusive either. Keep vague, if she asks, avoid answering. Typically she will stick around 2-3 months with you until she asks the ultimate question: me or them. I would typically see my primary two times a week. Keep "sleep overs" to a minimum to avoid emotional attachments.

secondary fuck buddy - you don't go on for dates with this girl. You randomly meet her for few drinks. The older the girl (25>) the easier it is to manage her expectations. Avoid sleep over with her at all costs, just sex. You can see her once a week AT MOST! She will probably last with you for 1-2 months until she commits herself to a stable relationship with someone else.

random booty call - those are girls you ONLY have sex with. It's your 3-am-after-bars-go-to-girl. Typically it's clearly visible to both of you that there is no romantic future. Don't see them more than once or twice a month, otherwise she will get mixed signals from you. I managed to string those for months, but not always. The moment this girl gets attached, cut off all communication with her.

everything else - those are your one night stands, girls in different cities, girls that visit your city occasionally. There isn't really an expiration date for this type of relationship, because, it's hardly the same girl.

Few valuable tips, some are morally questionable. - Aside from my primary, i do not mind if my secondary girls have boyfriends, husbands, or girlfriends. Some go in and out of relationships and use you as a rebound fuck. - Avoid facebook, myspace, and other social networks, especially if you can be tagged in pictures. Best just tell them you do not use facebook; it will save you many arguments with the 'primary'. - Do not lie to primary. If "caught", simply state that you two are not exclusive and you can see other people. If she makes a big deal out of this, it's a solid sign you need to change your primary girl: she's getting attached. - Girls are vicious, thus i do not recommend lying to them. I always keep my phone on vibrate. Even if i miss a call from someone important, it's not a big deal. - helps a lot if you have many friends (females) where it's not unusual for you to have Nicole, Ashley, Jenny, Kim, etc. in your phone book. - Keep your phone locked and never share emails. - I avoid texting as much as possible (evidence). Again, you should not be lying to your primary girl, but you should not be rubbing this in her face.

I haven't figured out the way to keep those relationship for long. Most women look for exclusive deal. So don't expect your primary to stay with you for too long with this arrangement.

BONUS try to find a bisexual woman that wants to date other girls with you. So two of you can go out and pickup other women, thus eliminating unnecessary work by keeping several girls on your plate.

TL;DR - have one non exclusive girl, see her twice a week. All your other fuck buddies you should see once a week or less. Avoid sleeping over with your "fuck buddies" to not send them mix signals. Don't allow any of your girlfriends to tag you on facebook or be your social network friends.

You might consider checking out r/polyamory. I also write a blog about this stuff, but its more about my emotional struggles with multiple women. I'm usually pretty honest with girls. As in I don't lie, but I don't bring it up either. If they're not quality enough to accept it, then keep going until you find ones that are...

If your good enough then women will won't care. I know how to make them love me once my foot is in the door, so I'm mainly working on getting my foot in the door. It also is teaching me to be very selective. I'm not picky, but I want a fun girl, and I keep getting bored with them.

multiple phones. multiple email accounts.. keep them on rotations.. i sometimes keep like say: susan on mondays and thursdays. and val on tuesdays, then jessica on fridays.. and then another on sat sunday.. etc. etc.
